การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งเพื่อป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติดของนักศึกษาการดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นที่ 1 การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานและแนวคิด ทฤษฎี ขั้นที่ 2 การสร้างหลักสูตร ขั้นที่ 3 การทดลองใช้หลักสูตร ขั้นที่ 4 การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตร กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตสกลนคร ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งเพื่อป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติด แบบประเมินความเหมาะสม แบบประเมินความสอดคล้อง แบบทดสอบความรู้ก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติทดสอบที (t-test for dependent samples)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งเพื่อป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติดของนักศึกษา มี 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร 2) เนื้อหาสาระ 3) กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม และ 4) การประเมินผล
2. ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็ง เพื่อป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติดของนักศึกษา พบว่า 1) ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดและการป้องกันตนเองจากยาเสพติดของนักศึกษา หลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2) ทักษะการป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติดของนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับดี และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งเพื่อป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติดของนักศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The objectives of this study were to develop and assess the efficiency of the developed training curriculum on the empowerment against drugs for students. The study was divided into 4 phases. The first phase was the study of fundamental information, concepts and theories. The training curriculum was built in the second phase. Its experimental implementation was run in the third phase, after which its efficiency was being assessed in the fourth phase. Target group consisted of 50 first-year bachelor’s degree students in Rahamangala University of Technology Isan, Sakon Nakhon Campus in academic year B.E. 2561. The tools employed were the training curriculum on the empowerment against drugs, appropriateness evaluation form, congruence evaluation form, pre-test and post- test and the evaluation form of satisfaction towards the developed curriculum. Data analysis was done by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples.
The results were as follow.
1. The developed training curriculum on the empowerment against drugs comprised of 4 components, which were 1) curriculum objectives; 2) content; 3) training activities and 4) evaluation.
2. The efficiency of the developed training curriculum on the empowerment against drugs for students were 1) knowledge and understanding on drugs as well as self-protection against drugs of students after training was higher than that before training at a statistical significance of .01 level; 2) protection skill against drugs of students was at high level and 3) student satisfaction towards the developed training curriculum on the empowerment against drugs was at the highest level.
