การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะผู้นำสร้างแรงบันดาลใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 320 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยด้านสภาพที่เป็นจริงมีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.53-0.88 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .98 ส่วนด้านสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นมีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.24-0.89 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง (PNImodified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบทักษะผู้นำสร้างแรงบันดาลใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การสื่อสารวิสัยทัศน์ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ การเป็นแบบอย่าง และ การสนับสนุนทางอารมณ์และจิตใจ โดยทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. สภาพที่เป็นจริงของทักษะผู้นำสร้างแรงบันดาลใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นของทักษะผู้นำสร้างแรงบันดาลใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ผลการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาทักษะผู้นำสร้างแรงบันดาลใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมมีค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นเท่ากับ 0.190 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายองค์ประกอบโดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนทางอารมณ์และจิตใจ การสื่อสารวิสัยทัศน์ การเป็นแบบอย่าง และการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ตามลำดับ 4. แนวทางในการพัฒนาทักษะผู้นำสร้างแรงบันดาลใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านการสนับสนุนทางอารมณ์และจิตใจ โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This study aimed to develop the guidelines of inspirational leadership skills of school administrators under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The participants consisted of 320 school administrators and teachers under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, academic year 2025. The participants were selected using multi-stage sampling. The instrument was a set of five-point rating scale questionnaire, which the current state, indicated validity index ranged from 0.60 to 1.00, discrimination power index ranged from 0.53 to 0.88, and reliability index was at 0.98, whereas the desirable state, indicated validity index ranged from 0.60 to 1.00, discrimination power index ranged from 0.24 to 0.89, and reliability index was at 0.97, Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Modified Priority Need Index. The findings were as follows. 1. Inspirational leadership skills of school administrators consisted of four components vision communication, inspiration building, role modeling, and emotional and psychological support. All components were rated at the highest level of propriety. 2. The current state of inspirational leadership skills of school administrators was at a high level, whereas the desirable state was at the highest level. 3. The needs assessment revealed that the overall Modified Priority Need Index at 0.190 (PNImodified=0.190). Emotional and psychological support showed the highest priority needs, followed by vision communication, role modeling, and inspiration building, respectively. 4. The guidelines of inspirational leadership skills development of school administrators focused on emotional and psychological support. In overall, the guidelines were rated at the highest level of propriety, and the overall feasibility was also rated at the highest level.
