การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ ศึกษาอำนาจพยากรณ์ และศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร ปีการศึกษา 2568 กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเปิดตาราง เครจซีและมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 332 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 90 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 242 คน จากโรงเรียน 45 โรงเรียน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน การศึกษาครั้งนี้แบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม ตอนที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.426 – 0.802 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.956 และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.618 – 0.840 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.969 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ทดสอบค่าที (t - test) ชนิด Independent Samples การวิเคราะห์ทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F – test) ชนิดความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบทีละขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ โดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่งโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. การเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์กันสูง (rxtyt = 0.890) 4. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่สามารถพยากรณ์การเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม โดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ได้แก่ ด้านการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี ด้านการปฏิบัติตามวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านการสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ โดยอำนาจพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 80.10 5. การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม ประกอบด้วย 1) การสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ 2) การปฏิบัติตามวิสัยทัศน์ และ 3) การเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี โดยผู้บริหารควรพัฒนาตนเองให้เป็นต้นแบบแห่งการเรียนรู้ ถ่ายทอดวิสัยทัศน์สู่แผนยุทธศาสตร์และการปฏิบัติ บริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม และฝึกฝนศิลปะการสื่อสารวิสัยทัศน์ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาไปสู่การเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน
The purposes of this research were to examine, compare, and investigate the relationship, to determine the predictive power, and to establish guidelines for developing the visionary leadership of school administrators affecting innovative schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon. The samples consisted of 332 participants, including 90 school administrators and 242 teachers from 45 schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon, during the 2025 academic year. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan’s table, with participants selected through multi - stage random sampling. The research was divided into two steps: Step 1 was related to examining visionary leadership affecting innovative schools. Step 2 involved examining developmental guidelines. The research instruments comprised questionnaires assessing school administrators’ visionary leadership and innovative schools, with discriminative power values ranging from 0.426 to 0.802 and from 0.618 to 0.840, with reliability coefficients of 0.956 and 0.969, respectively. Statistics used in data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Samples t - test, One - Way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The school administrators’ visionary leadership, classified by positions, showed overall differences at the 0.05 level of significance. When classified by school sizes, no differences were observed. 2. Innovative schools, classified by positions, showed overall differences at the 0.05 level of significance. When classified by school sizes, no differences were observed overall. 3. The school administrators’ visionary leadership and innovative schools had a positive relationship at a high level (rxtyt = 0.890) with the 0.01 level of significance. 4. The school administrators’ visionary leadership significantly predicted innovative schools at the 0.01 level of significance, comprising role modeling, vision enactment, and vision formulation, with the predictive power of 80.10%. 5. This research proposed guidelines for developing school administrators’ visionary leadership affecting innovative schools, consisting of vision formulation, vision enactment, and role modeling. School administrators should continuously develop themselves as models of learning, translate vision into strategic planning and practice, adopt participatory management, and demonstrate effective vision communication to advance schools toward sustainable innovative schools.
