การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการภาวะวิกฤติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 รวมทั้งสิ้น 265 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบทักษะการจัดการภาวะวิกฤติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 2) แบบประเมินองค์ประกอบทักษะการจัดการภาวะวิกฤติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 3) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นของทักษะการจัดการภาวะวิกฤติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยสภาพที่เป็นจริงมีค่าความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.71-0.93 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.99ส่วนสภาพที่ควรจะเป็น มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.63-0.92 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 และ 4) แบบสอบถามแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการภาวะวิกฤติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1.ทักษะการจัดการภาวะวิกฤติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก มี 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ ทักษะการสื่อสาร ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และการคิดสร้างสรรค์ ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และ ทักษะทางเทคโนโลยีและการใช้ดิจิทัลโดยทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
2.สภาพที่เป็นจริงของทักษะการจัดการภาวะวิกฤติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นของทักษะการจัดการภาวะวิกฤติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
3. ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการภาวะวิกฤติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กโดยภาพรวมมีค่าดัชนีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญความต้องการจำเป็น เท่ากับ 0.194 โดยด้านที่มีค่าสูงสุด ได้แก่ทักษะทางเทคโนโลยีและการใช้ดิจิทัล รองลงมา ได้แก่ ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และการคิดสร้างสรรค์ และทักษะการสื่อสาร ตามลำดับ
4. แนวทางพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการภาวะวิกฤติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนด้านทักษะทางเทคโนโลยีและการใช้ดิจิทัล มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This study aimed to assess the needs of crisis management skills development of administrators in small-sized schools The participants consisted of 265 school administrators and teachers in small-sized schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, who were recruited using multi-stage sampling, in the academic year 2024. The instruments included, 1) a synthesis form of the components crisis management skills of school administrators, 2) a questionnaire of the components of crisis management skills of school administrators, 3) a questionnaire on the current and desirable statesof crisis management skills of school administrators, which the part of current state indicated validity index ranged between 0.60-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.71-0.93, and reliability index was at 0.99, while the desirable state indicated validity index ranged between 0.60-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.63-0.92, and reliability index was at 0.98, and 4) a questionnaire to evaluate the guidelines of crisis management skills development school administrators. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and modified priority needs index.
The findings were as follows.
1) The crisis management skills of small-sized school administrators consisted of four components, namely communication skills, analytical and creative thinking skills, problem-solving skills and (4) technological and digital skills. All components showed the highest level of propriety.
2) The overall current state of crisis management skills of small-sized school administrators was at high level, while the overall desirable state was at the highest level.
3) The needs of crisis management skills development of small-sized school administrators revealed overall priority needs index at 0.194. The needs prioritized from technological and digital skills, followed by problem-solving skills, analytical and creative thinking skills, and communication skills, respectively.
4) The guidelines of crisis management skills development of school administrators showed that technological and digital skills indicated the highest level of propriety and feasibility.
