การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการส่งเสริม จิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 322 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยด้านสภาพที่เป็นจริงมีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.28-0.83 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.95 ส่วนด้านสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นมีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.39-0.96 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 และ2) แบบสอบถามแนวทางในการส่งเสริมจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. องค์ประกอบจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนมี 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) จิตสาธารณะต่อสังคม 2) จิตสาธารณะต่อผู้อื่น และ3) จิตสาธารณะต่อตนเองโดยทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. สภาพที่เป็นจริงเกี่ยวกับจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นเกี่ยวกับจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ผลการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียน เรียงตามลำดับจากสูงไปต่ำ ดังนี้ จิตสาธารณะต่อสังคม จิตสาธารณะต่อผู้อื่น และจิตสาธารณะต่อตนเอง ตามลำดับ 4. แนวทางในการส่งเสริมจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนในโรงเรียน มี 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการใช้ของส่วนรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านการดูแลรักษาสิ่งของส่วนรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
The purposes of this research were to assess the needs for promoting public mind of students and to construct the guidelines for promoting public mind of students in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The participants consisted of 322 school administrators and teachers, who were recruited using multi-stage random sampling. in academic year 2024r. The instruments included: 1) a 5-level rating scale questionnaire, which the part of the actual state indicated validity index ranged between 0.60-1.00, discriminant power index ranged between 0.28-0.83, and reliability index was at 0.95, whereas the part of desirable state indicated validity index ranged from 0.60-1.00, discriminant power index ranged between 0.39-0.96, and reliability index was at 0.97, and 2) a questionnaire of guidelines to promoting public mind of students. Statistic used in data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and modified priority needs index.
The findings were shown as follows.
1. The public mind of students consisted of three components, namely 1) public mind towards society, 2) public mind toward other people, and 3) public mind toward oneself. All components, in overall, showed the highest level of propriety. 2. The current state of public mind of students, in overall, was at high level, whereas the desirable state was at the highest level. 3. The needs of enhancing the public mind of students were prioritized as public mind toward society, followed by public mind toward other people, and public mind toward oneself, respectively. 4. The guidelines to enhance public spirit of students composed of two aspects, namely use of public property, which showed high level of propriety, and maintenance of public property, which showed moderate level of propriety.
