การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 จำนวน 391 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหาร มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงอยู่ระหว่าง 0.80 - 1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.573 – 0.866 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ระหว่าง 0.984 ส่วนด้านประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงอยู่ระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.459 – 0.914 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ระหว่าง 0.987 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม มี 5 องค์ประกอบ โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ 1) ความยุติธรรม 2) ความซื่อสัตย์ 3) ความรับผิดชอบ 4) ความไว้วางใจ และ 5) ความเคารพ โดยทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนองค์ประกอบประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน มี 4 องค์ประกอบ โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ 1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 2) ความพึงพอใจในงาน 3) คุณลักษณะของผู้เรียน 4) การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ โดยทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหาร โดยรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน โดยรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 4. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 5. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหาร ความเคารพ (X5) ความรับผิดชอบ(X3) และความยุติธรรม (X1) มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าความคาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของพยากรณ์ เท่ากับ .268 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (R) = .736 สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน ได้ร้อยละ 73.60 ดังสมการพยากรณ์ ดังนี้ สมการในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y’ = .594 + .398(X5) + .318(X1) + .157(X3) สมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z’y = .422(X5) +.342(X1) + .167(X3) 6. แนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 มีจำนวน 3 ด้าน คือ ความเคารพ ความยุติธรรม และความรับผิดชอบได้ 18 แนวทาง มีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aims to study the ethical leadership of administrators that affects the effectiveness of schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 2. The sample group consisted of 391 school administrators and teachers under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Educational Service Area Area Office 2, selected through multi-stage random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a five-point rating scale. The ethical leadership questionnaire consisted of 46 items, with validity ranging from 0.80 to 1.00, discrimination power between 0.573 and 0.866, and a reliability coefficient of 0.984. The school effectiveness questionnaire consisted of 39 items, with validity ranging from 0.80 to 1.00, discrimination power between 0.459 and 0.914, and a reliability coefficient of 0.987. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Research Findings 1. Components of Ethical Leadership and School Effectiveness. The study identified five components of ethical leadership affecting the effectiveness of schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 2: Ethical Leadership Components: (1) Justice, (2) Integrity, (3) Responsibility, (4) Trustworthiness, and (5) Respectability. School Effectiveness Components: (1) Academic Achievement, (2) Job Satisfaction, (3) Student Characteristics, and (4) Learning Organization. All components were found to be at the highest level of appropriateness. Level of Ethical Leadership. 2.The overall and individual aspects of administrators ethical leadership were found to be at a high level. Level of School Effectiveness. 3.The overall and individual aspects of school effectiveness were also at a high level. Relationship Between Ethical Leadership and School Effectiveness. 4.There was a strong positive correlation between administrators ethical leadership and school effectiveness, with statistical significance at the .01 level. 5. Predictive Power of Ethical Leadership on School Effectiveness. Three aspects of ethical leadership—Respectability (X5), Responsibility (X3), and Justice (X1) were statistically significant predictors of school effectiveness at the .01 level. These three factors together explained 73.60% of the variance (R² = .736), with a standard error of .268. Raw Score Prediction Equation: Y’ = 0.594 + 0.398(X5) + 0.318(X1) + 0.157(X3) Standardized Score Prediction Equation: Z’y = 0.422(X5) + 0.342(X1) + 0.167(X3). 6. Guidelines for Developing Ethical Leadership. The study proposed 18 guidelines for improving administrators ethical leadership to enhance school effectiveness, focusing on three key areas: Respectability, Justice, and Responsibility.
