การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์แบบร่วมมือเทคนิค STAD ร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้วัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 4 MAT เรื่อง ทศนิยม และเศษส่วน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) ตรวจสอบประสิทธิผลของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นตามเกณฑ์ดัชนีประสิทธิผลมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับร้อยละ 50 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน 4) เปรียบเทียบเจตคติของนักเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน 5) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมความร่วมมือของนักเรียน และ 6) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 โรงเรียนมัธยมสาธิต วิทยาลัยครูสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว จำนวน 24 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 3) แบบวัดเจตคติต่อการเรียนคณิตศาสตร์ 4) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมความร่วมมือของนักเรียน และ 5) แบบวัดความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนคณิตศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (Dependent Samples t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์แบบร่วมมือเทคนิค STAD ร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้วัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 4 MAT เรื่อง ทศนิยม และเศษส่วน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว มีค่าเท่ากับ 79.44/80.42 ตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 ที่ตั้งไว้ 2. ดัชนีประสิทธิผลของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีค่าเท่ากับร้อยละ 57.00 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ มากกว่าหรือเท่ากับร้อยละ 50 3. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน หลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. เจตคติของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 5. พฤติกรรมความร่วมมือของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 3.60, S.D. = 0.18) 6. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 4.16, S.D. = 0.16)
The purposes of this research were to 1) develop mathematics learning activities based on the STAD cooperative learning and the 4 MAT learning cycle instruction on decimals and fractions for Mathayomsuksa 2 students to meet the efficiency of 75/75, 2) validate the effectiveness of the developed mathematics learning activities, with the criteria of 50 percent or higher, 3) compare students’ learning achievement before and after the intervention, 4) compare students’ attitudes before and after the intervention, 5) investigate students’ cooperative behaviors, and 6) assess students’ satisfaction toward learning through the developed mathematics learning activities. The sample, obtained through cluster random sampling, consisted of 24 Mathayomsuksa 2/1 students at Demonstration Secondary School, Savannakhet Teacher Training College, Lao PDR, during the second semester of the 2024 academic year. The research instruments included 1) lesson plans, 2) a learning achievement test, 3) an assessment form evaluating students’ attitudes toward mathematics learning, 4) a form evaluating cooperative behaviors, and 5) a set of questionnaires measuring students’ satisfaction with mathematics learning. Statistics for data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Dependent Samples t-test. The research results revealed that: 1. The efficiency of the mathematics learning activities, based on STAD cooperative learning and the 4 MAT learning cycle instruction on decimals and fractions for Mathayomsuksa 2 students in Savannakhet, Lao PDR, was 79.44/80.42, in accordance with the established 75/75 criteria. 2. The effectiveness index of the developed mathematics learning activities was 57.00 percent, which met the established criterion of 50 percent or higher. 3. The students learning achievement was significantly higher than that before the intervention at the .01 level of significance. 4. The students’ attitudes toward the developed mathematics learning activities after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention, with a significance level of .01. 5. The students’ cooperative behaviors were rated at a high level (x̄= 3.60, S.D. = 0.18). 6. The students’ satisfaction with the developed mathematics learning activities was rated at a high level ( x̄ = 4.16, S.D. = 0.16).
