             การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในจังหวัดสกลนครกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา รองผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนในวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำนวน 227 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.43-0.89 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.87 ส่วนด้านคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.40–0.84 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
                 1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนมี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ 2) การกระตุ้นทางปัญญา 3) การให้ความสำคัญรายบุคคล และ 4) การมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์
                 2. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
                 3. คุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
                 4. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
                 5. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ (x₁)     การกระตุ้นทางปัญญา (x₂) การให้ความสำคัญรายบุคคล (x₃) และการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ (x₄) มีอำนาจพยากรณ์คุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 78.80 ซึ่งสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ ดังนี้
                         Y^’ = .977 + .307X₂ + .275X₁ + .197X₃ + .153X₄  
                     และสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้
                         Z^’y = .214X₂ + .137X₁ + .126X₃ + .102X₄  
                    6. แนวทางพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนมี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ 2) การกระตุ้นทางปัญญา 3) การให้ความสำคัญรายบุคคล และ 4) การมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์

             The purpose of this research was to investigate the Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Education Quality of Vocational College in Sakon Nakhon Province and the guideline to develop the Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Education Quality of Vocational College in Sakon Nakhon Province. The samples of this study comprised 227 participants school administrators, secondary school administrators and teachers, who were selected using multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used in data collection was a set of 5-rating scale questionnaire which contained two parts: 1) the leadership of school administrators obtained content validity index ranged between 0.60-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.43-0.89, and reliability was at 0.87, and 2) the affecting education quality of vocational college in Sakon Nakhon Province brained content validity index ranged between 0.60-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.40-0.84, and reliability was at 0.89. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
             The findings were as follows.
                 1. The leadership of school administrators, in overall, was at high level. There are 4 components: 1) inspiration, 2) intellectual stimulation, 3) Individual focus and 4) Ideological influence.
                 2. The affecting education quality of vocational college in Sakon Nakhon Province, in overall, was at high level.
                 3. The leadership of school administrators affecting education quality
of vocational college in Sakon Nakhon, in overall, showed positive correlation at high level with statistical significance at .01.
                 4. The leadership of school administrators affecting education quality
of vocational college in Sakon Nakhon comprised four components: inspiration (X₁), intellectual stimulation(X₂), Individual focus (X₃), and Ideological influence (X₄),
The predictive power was at 78.80 percent, and could be written in the form of the equation as follows:
