การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียนและหาแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ประธานกรรมการสถานศึกษา และครู ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 339 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย () ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว F-test (One way ANOVA)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน
2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2จำแนกตาม ตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษา และขนาดของโรงเรียน
2.1 ความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน ที่มีตำแหน่งแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
2.2 ความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน ที่มีระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
2.3 ความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน ที่มีขนาดของโรงเรียนแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
3. แนวทางพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 4แนวทางการพัฒนา คือ ด้านงานบริหารวิชาการ ด้านบริหารงบประมาณด้านงานบริหารงานบุคคลและด้านงานบริหารทั่วไป
This study aimed to investigate and compare the stakeholders’ satisfaction on school administration effectiveness, and to establish the guidelines for developing school administration effectiveness under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2. The samples were 339 respondents including school administrators, chairs of the school committee, and teachers in the academic year 2017. Tool used to collect data was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire with reliability of 0.98. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The Hypothesis test was done through F-test (One-way ANOVA).
The results of the study were as follows:
1. The stakeholders’ satisfaction toward school administration effectiveness under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2, as a whole was at a high level. When considering in each aspect, it is found that all aspects were at a high level.
2. The results from a comparison of stakeholders’ opinions toward School Administration Effectiveness, classified by position, educational attainment, and school size revealed that:
2.1 There were no differences of stakeholders’ satisfaction toward school administration effectiveness, classified by position as a whole and each aspect.
2.2 There were no differences of stakeholders’ satisfaction toward school administrative effectiveness, classified by educational attainment as a whole and each aspect.
2.3 There were no differences of stakeholders’ satisfaction toward school administrative effectiveness, classified by school size as a whole and each aspect.
3. The proposed guidelines for developing school administration effectiveness under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2 comprised four aspects: Academic administration, Budget management, Personnel management, and General administration.
