การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน 2) หาแนวทางการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน 3) ติดตามผลการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนแก้งโนนคำประชาสรรค์สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร โดยใช้การวิจัยปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม 4) ขั้นตอนหลักคือขั้นการวางแผน ขั้นการปฏิบัติการ ขั้นการสังเกตการณ์ ขั้นการสะท้อนกลับผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยผู้วิจัยและคณะครูโรงเรียนแก้งโนนคำประชาสรรค์สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร ภาคเรียนที่ 1ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 14 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามและแบบประเมินผลที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สภาพและปัญหาในการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนแก้งโนนคำประชาสรรค์พบว่า
1.1 สภาพแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน พบว่า มีสภาพที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ เพราะมีศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่ครบทุกกลุ่มสาระและยังมีห้องสมุด ห้องพยาบาล ห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ ห้องปฏิบัติการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ห้องดนตรี เป็นต้น โรงเรียนมีนโยบายแผนการดำเนินงานและโครงการในการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ แต่แหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนยังไม่มีคุณภาพ และยังไม่มีการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้อย่างหลากหลายและต่อเนื่อง สถิติการเข้าใช้บริการแหล่งเรียนยังน้อย ผู้เรียนไม่มีโอกาสใช้อย่างทั่วถึง
1.2 จากการศึกษาปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน พบว่า
1.2.1 ด้านการพัฒนา โรงเรียนขาดการนิเทศและติดตามผลการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้อย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง
1.2.2 ด้านงบประมาณและวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ งบประมาณที่จัดสรรให้กับแหล่งเรียนรู้ต่างๆ ในโรงเรียนยังน้อย ไม่เพียงพอต่อการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้
1.2.3 ด้านบุคลากรและการให้บริการบุคลากรที่รับผิดชอบมีภาระงานมาก ทำให้ไม่มีเวลาในการให้บริการ ยังขาดการสนับสนุนเพิ่มพูนความรู้และประสบการณ์ตามงานที่รับผิดชอบ
1.2.4 ด้านอาคารสถานที่ห้องดนตรียังมีสถานที่ที่ไม่เหมาะสมในการฝึกปฏิบัติ
2.ผลการพัฒนาตามแนวทางการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนแก้งโนนคำประชาสรรค์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหารโดยการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ สรุปได้ว่า ผู้ร่วมวิจัยทั้ง 13 คน มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้และแนวทางที่จะพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่ตนรับผิดชอบให้มีการพัฒนาในทางที่ดีขึ้น
3. การนิเทศติดตามผลการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน โดยการให้คำปรึกษา คำแนะนำ ทำให้ครูผู้ร่วมวิจัยเกิดแนวคิดในการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้และแนวทางในการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ สามารถจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ การนิเทศติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทำให้ผู้ร่วมวิจัยมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมการในให้บริการแหล่งเรียนรู้ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีขึ้น เต็มใจให้บริการ แหล่งเรียนรู้มีความสะอาด ปลอดภัย มีบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้โดยการศึกษาค้นคว้าหาความรู้ด้วยตนเองจากตามความต้องการ ความสนใจและความถนัด จนก่อให้เกิดคุณลักษณะการเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้
The objectives of this research were to 1) investigate current states andproblems of developing school learning resources, 2) find out guidelines to develop theschoollearning resources, and 3) monitor the results in developing the school learning resources of Kaeng Non Kham Prachasan School under the Office of Mukdahan Primary Educational Service Area using participatory action research with 4 main stages : planning, action, observation and reflection. Research participants were composed ofthe researcher, teachers of Kaeng Non Kham Prachasan School under the Office of Mukdahan Primary Educational Service Area in the first semester of academic year 2012, a total of 14respondents. Research instruments used in the study were a form of interview, a form of observationand a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, meanand standard deviation.
Research results were as follows:
1. The states and problems of the learning resources development at Kaeng Non Kham Prachasan School revealed that:
1.1 The conditions of learning at the school revealed that they were conducive to learning because there were learning resources for every learning substance together with a library,, nursing room, computer room, science room, and music room etc. The school has a policy, a plan and a project in the setting up more learning centers. However, the existing learning resources in the school were less in quality. The activities conducted were not diverse and continual. The statistics on the use of the said learning resources were still low and not covered.
1.2 The study of the problems regarding the development of the learning resources in the school indicated that:
1.2.1 On development, the school faced a lack of supervision and monitoring of the effects of the development of learning resources with system and continuity.
1.2.2 On budget and materials, the budget allocated to the various learning resources was low. It did not cover the development of all of the learning resources.
1.2.3 On personnel and services The personnel in charge carried a heavy working load. They had no time to spare for services. In addition, they lacked support on knowledge and experience enhancement in the jobs they were responsible for.
1.2.4 On the building and physical plant, the music room was situated in the unsuitable location in case of practice.
2. The effects of development based on the learning resources at the school through a workshop could be concluded that the 13 co-researchers gained knowledge, understanding on the learning resource development as well as guidelines to develop the existing learning resources in charge to be developed up to the better level.
3. The coaching supervision on the learning resource development in the school using counseling, advice made the co-researchers obtain ideas on the implementation of the learning resources in developing the existing learning resources and be able to change their behaviors in giving service as well as a better human relationship. The learning resources were clean, safe with the atmosphere conducive to learning. The learners could learn through the search for knowledge by themselves based on their own interests and expertise. This led the learners toward the characteristics of learning person.
