          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา
ประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 308 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยด้านทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารมี
ความเที่ยงตรงเท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.611-0.865 และ ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.972 ส่วนด้านประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียน ค่าความเที่ยงตรงเท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.505-0.873 และ
ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.976 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
                1. ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ทักษะเทคนิค 2) ทักษะมนุษย์ 3) ทักษะความคิดรวบยอด และ 4) ทักษะการศึกษาและการสอน ส่วนประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมี
7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ 2) การวัดผล ประเมินผล และดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน 3) การนิเทศการศึกษา 4) การพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา 5) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา
6) การวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา และ 7) การประกันคุณภาพภายในและมาตรฐานการศึกษา
                2. ระดับทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
                3. ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
                4. ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้านทักษะการศึกษาและการสอน (x4) และทักษะความคิดรวบยอด (x3) สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนได้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
โดยตัวแปรทั้ง 2 ตัว สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนได้ร้อยละ 62.50 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ 0.302
                สามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบได้ ดังนี้
                       Y´ = 1.867 + 0.405(X4) + 0.216(X3)
                และสามารถเขียนสมการพยากร์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานได้ ดังนี้
                       Z´y = 0.521(Z4) + 0.285(Z3)
                5. แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมี 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ทักษะการศึกษาและการสอน และทักษะความคิดรวบยอด โดยมี 18 แนวทางการพัฒนา โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก

          The purpose of this study was to examine the administrative skills of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of academic administration in schools. The sample consisted of 308 school
administrators and teachers in schools under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, who were recruited using multi-stage sampling, during academic year 2025. The instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire, which the part of administrators’ administrative skills indicated validity index 1.00, discrimination power index ranged from 0.611 to 0.865 and reliability index was
at 0.972, whereas the part of the effectiveness academic administration showed validity index at 1.00, discrimination power index ranged from 0.505 to 0.873, and reliability index was at 0.976. Statistics
used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
           The findings were as follows.
                   1. The administrative skills of school administrators consisted of four components, namely 1) technical skills, 2) human skills, 3) conceptual skills and 4) educational and instructional skills.
The effectiveness of academic administration in schools consisted of seven components, namely 1) Learning process development, 2) Measurement, evaluation, and credit transfer procedures, 3) Educational
supervision, 4) Development and utilization of educational media and technology, 5) School curriculum development, 6) Research for educational quality improvement and 7) Internal quality assurance and
educational standards.
                   2. The overall level of administrative skills of school administrators was rated at high level. The overall effectiveness of academic administration in schools was also rated at high level.
                   3. The administrative skills of school administrators were highly positively correlated with the effectiveness of academic administration of schools, with statistical significance at .01.
                   4. The administrative skills of school administrators in terms of educational and instructional skills (X₄) and conceptual skills (X₃) could significantly predicted the effectiveness of school academic administration at .01. Together, these two variables accounted for 62.50 percent of the variance in the effectiveness of school academic administration, with a standard error of estimation of 0.30187.
                   Predictive equation was written in raw scores as:
                         Y´  =  1.867 + .405(X4) + .216(X3)
                   Predictive equation was written in standardized scores as:
                         Z´y =  .521(Z4) + .285(Z3)
                   5. The guidelines for developing the administrative skills of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of school academic administration comprised two dimensions, namely educational and instructional skills and conceptual skills. A total of 18 development guidelines were identified. In overall, the guidelines were rated at the high level of propriety and feasibility.
