การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาความเป็นนวัตกรของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 350 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสังเคราะห์เอกสาร 2) แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยด้านสภาพที่เป็นจริงมีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.67–0.78 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 ส่วนด้านสภาพที่ควรจะเป็น มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.68–0.81 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 และ 3) แบบสอบถามแนวทางพัฒนาความเป็นนวัตกรของครู สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบความเป็นนวัตกรของครู ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การสังเกต 2) การตั้งคำถาม 3) การสร้างเครือข่าย 4) การคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ 5) การทดลอง และ 6) การเชื่อมโยง โดยในภาพรวมองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. สภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นของความเป็นนวัตกรของครู โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาความเป็น นวัตกรของครูมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.042 โดยด้านที่มีค่ามากที่สุด ได้แก่ การสังเกต รองลงมา ได้แก่ การสร้างเครือข่าย การตั้งคำถาม การคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ การเชื่อมโยงและการทดลอง ตามลำดับ 4. แนวทางในการพัฒนาความเป็นนวัตกรของครูมี 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการสังเกต และด้านการสร้างเครือข่าย ในแต่ละด้านประกอบด้วยวัตถุประสงค์ ผลลัพธ์หลักและแนวปฏิบัติ โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
The purpose of this study was to assess the needs for innovator development of teachers in schools under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The participants consisted of 350 school administrators and teachers, who were recruited using multi-stage sampling. The instruments was a 5-leve rating scale questionnaire, which the part of current state indicated validity index ranged from 0.60 to 1.00, discrimination power ranged from 0.67 to 0.78, and reliability index was at 0.97, whereas the part of desirable state indicated validity index ranged from 0.60 to 1.00, discrimination power ranged from 0.68 to 0.81, and reliability index was at 0.97, and a questionnaire on guidelines to develop teachers innovator competency. Statistics used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and modified priority need index. The findings were as follows. 1. The teachers innovator competency consisted of six components, namely 1) observation, 2) questioning, 3) networking, 4) creativity, 5) experimentation, and 6) connection. All components showed the highest level of propriety. 2. The actual state and desirable state of teachers innovator competency, in overall and in each aspect, showed high level of propriety. 3. The priority needs for developing teachers innovator competency, in overall, was at 0.042. The aspect with the highest value was observation, followed by networking, questioning, creativity, connection, and experimentation, respectively. 4. The guidelines to develop teachers innovator competency consisted of two aspects, namely observation and networking. Each aspect included objectives, key results, and practices, which in overall, showed high levels propriety and feasibility.
