การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งหมายเพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2567 รวมทั้งสิ้น 322 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยด้านสภาพที่เป็นจริงของทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม ของครู มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.80–1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.28–0.82 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.91 และด้านสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นมีค่า ความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.36–0.97 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.92 และแบบสอบถามแนวทางพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและดัชนีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. องค์ประกอบทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูมี 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ทักษะการคิดสร้างสรรค์ 2) ทักษะทางสังคมและพฤติกรรม และ 3) ทักษะการทดลอง โดยภาพรวมองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. สภาพที่เป็นจริงของทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นของทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ผลการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูโดยภาพรวมมีค่าดัชนีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น เท่ากับ 0.286 โดยด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด ได้แก่ ทักษะการคิดสร้างสรรค์ 4. แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู มี 1 ทักษะ ได้แก่ ทักษะการคิดสร้างสรรค์ มี 14 แนวทาง โดยภาพรวมแนวทางการพัฒนามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aimed to assess the needs of innovative thinking skills development of teachers The participants of the study comprised 322 administrators and teachers in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office in academic year 2024, who were recruited using multi-stage sampling, The instruments used in data collection included a set of 5-level rating scale questionnaires, which the part of current state indicated validity index ranged between 0.80-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.28-0.82 and reliability index was at 0.92, whereas the desirable state indicated validity index ranged between 0.80-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.36-0.97 and reliability index at 0.93, and a set of questionnaires on the guidelines of innovative thinking skills development of teachers. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and modified priority needs Index.
The findings were as follows.
1. The innovative thinking skills of teachers comprised three components, namely 1) creative thinking skills, 2) social and behavioral skills and 3) experimental skills. All components showed the highest propriety. 2. The actual state of the innovative thinking skills of teachers in schools, in overall, was at high level, whereas the desirable state was at the highest level. 3. The needs of innovative thinking skills development of teachers, in overall indicated the priority need index at 0.286. 4. The guidelines to develop innovative thinking skills of teachers composed of 14 approaches with the overall propriety was at the highest level.
