การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ และหาแนวทางการพัฒนา ความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัลที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนครเขต 3 กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครซี่และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 324 คน ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 81 คน ครู 205 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัล มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.398 - 0.812 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.963 และแบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.304 - 0.858 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.938 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางพัฒนา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัล จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง และขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. ความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัลกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวม พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ (rXtYt =0.539) 6. ความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัล จำนวน 2 ด้าน สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คือ คุณธรรม จริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และการมีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกลเท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 51 มีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ ±0.22057 7. การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัล จำนวน 2 ด้าน ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน คือ 7.1 คุณธรรม จริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล โดยผู้บริหารต้องมีการพัฒนาตนเอง โดยมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมเป็นที่ตั้งในด้านของการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสม 7.2 การมีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกลเท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยผู้บริหารต้องวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล สามารถปรับตัวให้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง มีการวางแผนพัฒนาสถานศึกษาอย่างเป็นระบบ
The purposes of this research were to examine, compare, determine the relationship, identify the predictive power, and establish guidelines for developing the professional administrators in the digital era affecting the effectiveness of school administration under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample consisted of 324 participants, including 81 school administrators and 205 teachers in the 2024 academic year. The research tools included sets of 5-rating scale questionnaires assessing professional administrators in the digital era, had discriminative power values ranging from 0.398 to 0.812, and the reliability of 0.963, and the effectiveness of school administration, which had discriminative power values ranging from 0.304 to 0.858 and the reliability of 0.938. The interview forms were also employed for establishing guidelines. Statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The overall level of professional administrators in the digital era was at the highest level. 2. The overall level of the effectiveness of school administration was at the highest level. 3. The professional administrators in the digital era, categorized by participants’ positions and school sizes, showed statistically significant differences at the .01 level in both overall and specific aspects. However, there was no significant difference based on work experience. 4. The overall level of the effectiveness of school administration, categorized by participants’ positions, showed statistically significant differences at the .01 level. When categorized by school sizes, the overall effectiveness of school administration showed statistically significant differences at the .05 level. However, there was no significant difference based on work experience. 5. The professional administrators in the digital era and the effectiveness of school administration showed a moderate positive correlation of 0.539 at the .01 level of significance. 6. The professional administrators in the digital era that could predict the effectiveness of school administration at the .01 level of significance comprised two aspects: 1) morality and ethics in digital technology use, and 2) a broad and adaptive vision, with the predictive power of 51 percent, and the standard error of estimate of ±0.22057. 7. This research proposed two key development guidelines for professional administrators in the digital era affecting the effectiveness of school administration: as follows: 7.1 Morality and Ethics in Digital Technology Use– Administrators are required to engage in self-development and utilize technology appropriately, guided by ethical and moral values. 7.2 A Broad and Adaptive Vision – Administrators should have forward-thinking perspectives, remain adaptable to changes, and plan systematically for school development.
