การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำครูยุคใหม่กับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และครูที่ปรึกษา จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ขนาดโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และครูที่ปรึกษา ในปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 326 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 51 คน หัวหน้างานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน จำนวน 51 คน และครูที่ปรึกษา จำนวน 224 คน จากจำนวน 51 โรงเรียน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ โดยแบบสอบถามระดับภาวะผู้นำครูยุคใหม่ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.356 - 0.801 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.956 และประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.280 - 0.831 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.940 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปวนทางเดียว และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายแบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำครูยุคใหม่ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ภาวะผู้นำครูยุคใหม่ จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน 4. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนการจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน 5. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำครูยุคใหม่กับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (rxy = 0.366** )6. แนวทางการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำครูยุคใหม่กับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน เสนอแนะไว้ 2 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนางานอย่างมีกระบวนการคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ คือ สถานศึกษาควรส่งเสริมการฝึกฝนและพัฒนาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ พร้อมการส่งเสริมบุคลากรในการคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่มีกระบวนการทำงาน 2) การจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรมในยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0 คือ สถานศึกษาควรเพิ่มศักยภาพและสร้างนวัตกรรมในยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับความทันสมัย
This research aimed to examine, compare, and determine the relationship between teacher leadership in the new era and the effectiveness of the student assistance system in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon Phanom. The research was conducted based on the perspectives of school administrators, heads of student assistance systems, and classroom teachers, classified by status, school sizes, and work experience. The sample group, obtained through stratified random sampling, consisted of 326 participants, including 51 school administrators, 51 heads of student assistance systems, and 224 classroom teachers from 51 schools in the 2023 academic year. The research instruments comprised a set of questionnaires and interview forms. The set of questionnaires assessing the level of teacher leadership in the new era and the effectiveness of the student assistance system had the discriminative power values ranging from 0.356 to 0.801, and from 0.280 to 0.831, and the reliability of 0.956 and 0.940, respectively. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The research results found that: 1. The teacher leadership in the new era was at a high level overall. 2. The operational effectiveness of the student assistance system was at the highest level overall. 3. The teacher leadership in the new era, classified by positions, showed no difference overall. When classified by school sizes and work experience, differences were observed overall. 4. The effectiveness of the student assistance system showed no significant difference overall when classified by positions. However, significant differences were observed when classified by school sizes and work experience overall. 5. The teacher leadership in the new era and the effectiveness of the student assistance system showed a positive relationship at the .01 level of significance, with a moderate level of correlation (rxy = 0.366**). 6. The proposed guidelines for developing the relationship between teacher leadership in the new era and the operational effectiveness of the student assistance system encompassed two aspects: 1) Work Development through a Creative Thinking Process: Schools should facilitate ongoing training and development, along with promoting creative thinking among personnel to enhance work processes; 2) Learning Management to Create Innovations in the Thailand 4.0 Era: Schools should increase potential and create innovations in the Thailand 4.0 Era, and adjust teaching models to align with modernity.
