การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำครูในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 211 คนซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงตรง เท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.42-0.93 และมีความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำครูในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ประกอบไปด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลง 2) การเป็นแบบอย่างในการสอน 3) การพัฒนาตนเองและเพื่อนครู และ 4) การมุ่งพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียน 2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำครูในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำครูในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก โดยภามรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำครูกับภาวะผู้นำครูในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 5. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำครูด้านที่มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำครูอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ แรงจูงใจภายใน (X1) และความรู้เชิงลึก (X2) ซึ่งทั้งสองตัวแปรร่วมกันพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำครู ได้เท่ากับ .857 หรือร้อยละ 85.70 โดยมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการพยากรณ์ 0. 188 สามารถสมการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยในรูปคะแนนดิบ ดังนี้ Y/ = 0.684 + 0.417(X1) + 0.441(X2) และสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ Z/y = 0.496(Z1) + 0.453(Z2) 6. แนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำครูในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก มีจำนวน 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านแรงจูงใจภายในและด้านความรู้เชิงลึก
The purpose of this research was to identify factors that affected teacher leadership in small-sized schools under Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. The participants included 211 school administrators and teachers, who were selected using multi-stage random sampling. The instruments used in data collection was a 5-levell rating scale questionnaire, which indicated validity index at 1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.42-0.93 and reliability index was at 0.98. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis. The findings were as follows. 1. The components of teacher leadership in small-sized school comprised four components, namely 1) change agent, 2) instructional role-model, 3) self and others-development and 4) students’ learning achievement improvement. 2. Factors affected teachers’ leadership, in overall, were at high level. 3. The leadership of teachers in small-sized school, in overall, was at high level. 4. The factor affecting teacher leadership and teacher leadership in small-sized schools showed high level of positive correlation with statistical significance at .01. 5. The factors affecting teacher leadership obtained predictive power to teachers’ motivation with statistical significance at .01 comprised intrinsic motivation (X1) and in-depth knowledge (X2), which were able to predict the teacher leadership schools (Y) at 85.70 percent, and showed Standard Error of estimate at 0.188. The predictive equation could be summarized in raw scores: Y/ = 0.684+0.417 (X1) +0.441 (X2) The predictive equation regression in standardized scores: Z/y = 0.496 (Z1) +0.453 (Z2) 6. The guidelines for improving factors affecting teacher leadership in small-sized schools comprised two aspects, namely intrinsic motivation and in-depth knowledge.
