การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ การวิจัยดำเนินการ 4 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ประกอบด้วยการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่ เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 5 คน และการประเมินความเหมาะสม ขององค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา หาค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ โดยนำร่างรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัล ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ไปจัดประชุมกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 7 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา และค่าความถี่ ระยะที่ 3 การตรวจสอบรูปแบบการพัฒนา ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ โดยสอบถามความคิดเห็น ของผู้อำนวยการและรองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 353 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ เพื่อตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม ความเป็นประโยชน์ และความเป็นไปได้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และระยะที่ 4 การสร้างคู่มือการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ ดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน วิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล 2) ด้านความรู้ดิจิทัล 3) ด้านความเป็นมือ อาชีพดิจิทัล 4) ด้านทักษะเทคโนโลยีและการสื่อสารดิจิทัล และ 5) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ดิจิทัล โดยมีความเหมาะสมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ปัจจัยสนับสนุนความสำเร็จในการพัฒนา 2) องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัล 3) กระบวนการพัฒนาและวิธีการพัฒนา และ 4) ผลของการมีภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 3. รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ มีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นประโยชน์ และความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ทุกองค์ประกอบ 4. คู่มือการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ประกอบด้วยคำชี้แจง หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ ความเป็นมาและ ความสำคัญ เนื้อหา และบรรณานุกรม มีความเหมาะสมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The purpose of this mixed method study was to develop and verify a digital leadership development model of administrators in large-sized secondary schools. The study was conducted in four phases. The first phase was to identify the components of digital leadership of administrators in large-sized secondary schools using intensive review of relevant documents, research analysis and interview with five experts. The components were evaluated for suitability by another group of five experts. The data was analyzed using content analysis, mean and standard deviation. The second phase was the development of a digital leadership development model of administrators in large-sized secondary schools using a group of seven experts. Content analysis was employed to analyze the collected data of this phase. The third phase was to validate the congruence of the digital leadership development model of administrators in large-sized secondary schools using a set of questionnaires collected from 353 participants of school administrators in large-sized secondary schools, academic year 2022. The participants were selected using multi-stage sampling. The tools employed in data collection was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire to validate the suitability, usefulness and possibility. Statistics used in this phase were mean and standard deviation. The fourth phase was to design a user manual of the digital leadership development model of administrators in large-sized secondary schools. The manual was validated for appropriateness by five experts. Statistics used in this phase were mean and standard deviation.
The findings were as follows.
1. The components of digital leadership of administrators in large-sized secondary schools comprised of five components, namely 1) digital vision, 2) digital knowledge, 3) digital professional, 4) digital technology and communication skills and 5) digital management. The components showed suitability, in overall, at the highest level. 2. The digital leadership model of administrators in large-sized secondary schools comprised of four components, namely 1) development success-supported factors, 2) digital leadership factors, 3) developmental process and strategies and 4) digital leadership results of school administrators. 3. The digital leadership model of administrators in large-sized secondary schools showed suitability, usefulness and possibility of all components at the highest level. 4. The user manual of the digital leadership model of administrators in large-sized secondary schools comprised Instructions, Principles, Objectives, Rationale and background, Contents and Bibliography. The suitability of the manual, in overall, was at the highest level.
