             การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนของนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ในจังหวัดสกลนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดสกลนคร ชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 365 ได้มาโดยใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.40-0.85 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.86 และแบบตรวจสอบรายการเกี่ยวกับการตัดสินใจเข้าเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงตรง เท่ากับ 1.00 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
                 1. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนของนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ในจังหวัดสกลนครมี 8 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ 1) หลักสูตรและการสอน 2) ชื่อเสียงและคุณภาพของสถานศึกษา 3) ค่าใช้จ่ายในการศึกษา4) ความถนัดและความสนใจต่ออาชีพในอนาคต 5) สภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา 6) อาจารย์ผู้สอน    7) สถานที่ตั้งของสถานศึกษา และ 8) การบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก โดยทุกปัจจัยมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก
                 2. การตัดสินใจเข้าเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนของนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ในจังหวัดสกลนครโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
                      3. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลกับการตัดสินใจเข้าเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนของนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ในจังหวัดสกลนคร มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
                 4. ปัจจัยที่มีอำนาจพยากรณ์การตัดสินใจเข้าเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนของนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ในจังหวัดสกลนครมี 2 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ความถนัดและความสนใจต่ออาชีพในอนาคต (x₄) และการบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (x₈) โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 79.20 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
                     ซึ่งสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ ดังนี้
                         Y^’ = .667 + .572X₄ + .274X₈   
                     และสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้
                         Z^’y = .227Z₄ + .136Z₈
                 5. แนวทางพัฒนาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนของนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ในจังหวัดสกลนคร มี 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ความถนัดและความสนใจต่ออาชีพในอนาคต และ 2) การบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก

             The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors influencing decision to study in private vocational college of firstyear vocational certificate students in Sakon Nakhon and the guideline to develop the factors influencing decision to study in private vocational college of firstyear vocational certificate students in Sakon Nakhon. The samples of this study were the first year of the academic totaling 365, who were selected using multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used to collect data include: 1) questionnaire with a set of 5-rating scale regarding factors influencing decision to study in private vocational college obtained content validity index ranged between 0.60-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.40-0.85, and reliability was at 0.86, and 2) questionnaire a check list regarding decision to study in private vocational college obtained content validity index ranged between 0.60-1.00. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
             The findings were as follows.
                 1. The factors influencing decision to study in private vocational college of firstyear vocational certificate students in Sakon Nakhon, in overall, 
was at high level. There are 8 factors: 1) curriculum and teaching, 2) reputation and quality of the educational institution, 3) educational expenses, 4) aptitude and interest in future careers, 5) environment of the educational institution. 6) the teaching staff, 7) location of the educational institution, and 8) services and facilities.
                 2. The decision to study in private vocational college of firstyear vocational certificate students in Sakon Nakhon, in overall, was at high level.
                 3. The factors influencing decision to study in private vocational college of firstyear vocational certificate students in Sakon Nakhon, in overall, showed positive correlation at high level with statistical significance at .01.
                 4. The factors influencing decision to study in private vocational college of firstyear vocational certificate students in Sakon Nakhon comprised two factors: aptitude and interest in future careers (X₄), and services and facilities (X₈). The predictive power was at 79.20 percent, and could be written in the form of the equation as follows:

                 5. The guideline to develop the factors influencing decision to study in private vocational college of firstyear vocational certificate students in Sakon Nakhon comprised four components: 1) aptitude and interest in future careers and 2) services and facilities.
