การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับ เปรียบเทียบ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ และศึกษาอำนาจพยากรณ์ของภาวะผู้นำยุค 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำยุค 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่มัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร ประจำปีการศึกษา 2566 จำแนกเป็นกลุ่มผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 77 คน และครูผู้สอนจำนวน 258 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำยุค 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.97 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.40 – 0.89 และประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.96 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.58 – 0.82 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำยุค 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที (t - test) ชนิด Independent Samples การทดสอบเอฟ (F - test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - way ANOVA) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product - Moment Correlation Coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำยุค 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. ภาวะผู้นำยุค 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ภาวะผู้นำยุค 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับสูง (rxy = 0.85) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ภาวะผู้นำยุค 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 ด้าน ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาได้ โดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ ด้านการมีความรู้ทั้งด้านวิชาการและวิชาชีพ (X4) ด้านการมีความสามารถด้านการสื่อสาร (X3) ด้านการก้าวตามทันความเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลก (X2) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ (X1) และด้านการกล้าตัดสินใจ (X5) โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 72.00 5. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำยุค 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา เสนอแนะไว้ 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการมีความรู้ทั้งด้านวิชาการและวิชาชีพ ผู้บริหารควรมีแผน/กิจกรรมในการพัฒนาตนเอง พัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทั้งด้านวิชาการและวิชาชีพ 2) ด้านการมีความสามารถด้านการสื่อสาร ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ครูและบุคลากรสื่อสารกันเชิงบวก 3) ด้านการก้าวตามทันความเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลก ผู้บริหารต้องสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสถานการณ์และก้าวทันเทคโนโลยี 4) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ผู้บริหารควรมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่ก้าวไกลและก้าวทันทันความเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว และ 5) ด้านการกล้าตัดสินใจ ผู้บริหารควรศึกษาข้อมูลเพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจ และสามารถตัดสินใจในการบริหารและการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง
The purposes of this research were: to examine the level, to compare, to find out the relationship and to identify the predictive power of School Administrators Leadership in the 4.0 Era and School Effectiveness under the Secondary Educational
Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon; and to establish the guidelines for developing School Administrators Leadership in the 4.0 Era Affecting the School Effectiveness under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon. The samples consisted of a total of 335 participants including 77 school administrators and 258 teachers in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Sakon Nakhon in the 2023 academic year. The instrument for data collection was a set of questionnaires concerning School Administrators Leadership in the 4.0 Era with the reliability of 0.97 and discrimination of 0.40 – 0.89 and School Effectiveness with the reliability of 0.96 and discrimination of 0.58 – 0.82. The statistics used foe data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Samples), F – test (One – Way ANOVA), Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The School Administrators Leadership in the 4.0 Era and School Effectiveness as a whole at a highest level. 2. The School Administrators Leadership in the 4.0 Era and School Effectiveness with different position, work experience and school sizes, as whole were different at a statistical significance of the .01 level. 5. The School Administrators Leadership in the 4.0 Era and School Effectiveness, as a whole had a positive relationship at the statistical significance of the .01 level. 6. The School Administrators Leadership in the 4.0 Era comprised five aspects. The five factors were able to predict the School Effectiveness at the statistical significance of the .01 level. The said factors comprised: In terms of having both academic and professional knowledge (X4), In terms of having communication skills (X3), Keeping up with changes in the world (X2), vision (X1) and the courage to make decisions (X5). Together they were able to predict 72.00 percent. 7. The guidelines for developing School Administrators Leadership in the 4.0 Era Affecting the School Effectiveness involved five aspects: 1) In terms of having both academic and professional knowledge; Executives should have plans/activities for self-development. Develop teachers and personnel both academically and professionally. 2) In terms of having communication skills; Administrators should promote and support teachers and personnel to communicate positively. 3) Keeping up with changes in the world; Executives must be able to adapt to the situation and keep up with technology. 4) vision; Executives should have a forward vision and be able to keep up with the changes in society that are changing rapidly and 5) the courage to make decisions; Executives should study information to make decisions. and can make correct decisions.
