การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ และตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ การดำเนินการมีสองระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะแรก การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ระยะที่สอง การตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำนวน 435 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มหลายขั้นตอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ระหว่าง 0.60 – 1.00 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.46-0.91 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.99
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบหลัก 15 องค์ประกอบย่อย 65 ตัวบ่งชี้ จำแนกเป็น ด้านความยืดหยุ่น จำนวน 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ จำนวน 16 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านจินตนาการ จำนวน 19 ตัวบ่งชี้ และด้านวิสัยทัศน์ จำนวน 22 ตัวบ่งชี้
2. โมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษามีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าไค - สแควร์ (Chi - square) เท่ากับ 25.96 ค่าองศาอิสระ (df) เท่ากับ 24 ค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value) เท่ากับ 0.35 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.99 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.96 ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนในการประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.01 ค่าดัชนีที่แสดงขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ยอมรับ (CN) เท่ากับ 702.19 และค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบทั้ง 65 ตัวบ่งชี้ มีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.45 – 1.00
The objectives of this study were to develop the creative leadership indicators of primary school directors and to examine the congruence between the developed structural model and empirical data. The study was divided into 2 phases. The first phase was the development of creative leadership indicators of primary school directors using document analysis and related study review. The second phase was the examination of congruence between the developed structure model on creative leadership indicators of primary school directors and the empirical data using confirmatory factor analysis. The sample group consisted of 435 primary school directors who were selected through multi-stage sampling. The collected data was analyzed by using statistics software program. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity value between 0.60 and 1.00, discrimination value between 0.46 and 0.91, and overall reliability value was at 0.99.
The results revealed that:
1. The creative leadership indicators of primary school directors comprised of 4 principal components, 15 sub-components and 65 indicators. The indicators could be classified as 9 indicators of flexibility; 16 indicators of creativity; 19 indicators of imagination and 22 indicators of vision.
2. The developed structural model on creative leadership indicators of primary school directors showed congruence with the empirical data as Chi – square value = 25.96, degree of freedom (df) = 24, statistical significance (p-value) = 0.35, Goodness of fit index (GF) = 0.99, Adjust Goodness of fit Index (AGFI) = 0.96, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) = 0.01, Criticai N (CN)=702.19, and the factor loading of 65 indicators were between 0.45 and 1.00.
