การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้การเป็นโรงเรียนนวัตกรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 360 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.60–1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.24-0.60 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การเป็นโรงเรียนนวัตกรรม ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การสร้างเครือข่ายเชิงนวัตกรรม 2) การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมทักษะนวัตกรรม 3) การพัฒนาครูสู่การเป็นผู้สร้างนวัตกรรม และ 4) วัฒนธรรมโรงเรียนนวัตกรรม โดยทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. ตัวบ่งชี้การเป็นโรงเรียนนวัตกรรม ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ 11 ตัวบ่งชี้ โดยองค์ประกอบการสร้างเครือข่ายเชิงนวัตกรรม มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมทักษะนวัตกรรม มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบการพัฒนาครูสู่การเป็นผู้สร้างนวัตกรรม 2 ตัวบ่งชี้ และองค์ประกอบวัฒนธรรมโรงเรียนนวัตกรรม 2 ตัวบ่งชี้ โดยโมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้การเป็นโรงเรียนนวัตกรรมมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (Chi – square = 17.86, df = 22, p = 0.71, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.97, RMSEA = 0.00) โดยตัวบ่งชี้มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบตั้งแต่ 0.13-0.86 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. การตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของคู่มือการใช้ตัวบ่งชี้การเป็นโรงเรียนนวัตกรรม พบว่าโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The purpose of this research was to develop indicators for innovative schools. The sample group consisted of 360 school administrators and teachers under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 during academic year 2025, who were obtained using multi-stage random sampling. The instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, which showed validity index ranged from 0.60 to 1.00, discrimination power index ranged from 0.24 and 0.60, and reliability was at 0.91. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. Being an innovative school consisted of four components: 1) creating innovative networks, 2) learning management that promotes innovation skills, 3) teacher development toward becoming innovators, and 4) innovative school culture. All components were found to be at the highest level of appropriateness. 2. The indicators for innovative schools comprised 4 components and 11 indicators. Specifically, creating innovative networks consisted of 3 indicators, learning management that promotes innovation skills had 4 indicators, teacher development toward becoming innovators included 2 indicators, and innovative school culture contained 2 indicators. The structural model of these indicators was consistent with the empirical data (Chi-square = 17.86, df = 22, p = 0.71, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.97, RMSEA = 0.00). The factor loadings of the indicators ranged from 0.13 to 0.86, all of which were statistically significant at the .01 level. 3. The assessment of the manual for using innovative school indicators revealed that, overall, it was at the highest level of appropriateness.
