การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการนิเทศแบบชี้แนะ สำหรับผู้นิเทศในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบการนิเทศแบบชี้แนะ โดยศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประเมินความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครู จำนวน 327 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.80–1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.44–0.83 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการนิเทศแบบชี้แนะ สำหรับผู้นิเทศในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา กลุ่มเป้าหมาย เป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและโปรแกรมการนิเทศแบบชี้แนะ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และระยะที่ 3 การประเมินความเหมาะสมของโปรแกรมการนิเทศแบบชี้แนะ กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบของการนิเทศแบบชี้แนะ มี 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การเตรียมการ ก่อนการนิเทศ 2) การดำเนินการนิเทศ และ 3) การประเมินและติดตามผลการนิเทศ โดยทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อวิเคราะห์โมเดลโครงสร้างองค์ประกอบการนิเทศแบบชี้แนะที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (Chi-square = 0.94, df = 5, p-value = 0.96, χ²/df = 0.18, RMSEA = 0.00, GFI = 1.00, AGFI = 0.99) องค์ประกอบมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบตั้งแต่ 0.81-1.22 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยการดำเนินการนิเทศ มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมากที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ การประเมินและติดตามผลการนิเทศ และการเตรียมการก่อนการนิเทศ ตามลำดับ 2. โปรแกรมการนิเทศแบบชี้แนะ สำหรับผู้นิเทศในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา 4) กิจกรรมและวิธีการพัฒนา และ 5) การวัดและประเมินผล โดยในโปรแกรมมี 3 Module 10 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ Module 1 การเตรียมการก่อนการนิเทศ จำนวน 3 กิจกรรม Module 2 การดำเนินการนิเทศ จำนวน 4 กิจกรรม และ Module 3 การประเมินและติดตามผล การนิเทศ จำนวน 3 กิจกรรม 3. โปรแกรมการนิเทศแบบชี้แนะ สำหรับผู้นิเทศในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก
The purpose of this research was to develop a coaching supervision program for supervisors in educational opportunity expansion school under the Mukdahan Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research was conducted in three phases. Phase 1 involved the study of the components of coaching supervision through a review of related documents and research. This involved reviewing relevant documents and research, evaluating the propriety of the components by five experts, and conducting confirmatory factor analysis. Data was collected from 327 school directors and teachers, selected using multi-stage random sampling. Research instruments included a 5-point rating scale questionnaire, which indicated validity index range from 0.80–1.00, discrimination power index ranged from 0.44–0.83, and reliability index was at 0.97. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and confirmatory factor analysis. Phase 2 was the development of coaching supervision program for supervisors in educational opportunity expansion schools. The target group consisted of five experts. The research instruments included a questionnaire and the coaching supervision program. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Phase 3 involved assessment of propriety of the coaching supervision program. The target group consisted of five experts. The research instrument was a propriety assessment form. The statistics used in data analysis were the mean and standard deviation. The research findings revealed that, 1. The coaching supervision consisted of three components, namely 1) preparation prior to supervision, 2) implementation of supervision, and 3) evaluation and follow-up of supervision.All components showed the highest level of propriety. The analysis of the structural model of the coaching supervision components developed by the researcher show goodness-of-fit with empirical data (Chi-square = 0.94, df = 5, p-value = 0.96, χ²/df = 0.18, RMSEA = 0.00, GFI = 1.00, AGFI = 0.99). The factor loadings ranged from 0.81 to 1.22 and were statistically significant at.01. The implementation of supervision had the highest factor loading, followed by evaluation and follow-up of supervision and preparation prior to supervision, respectively. 2. The coaching supervision program for supervisors in education opportunity expansion school under the Mukdahan Primary Educational Service Area Office consisted of five components, namely 1) principles, 2) objectives, 3) content, 4) activities and development methods, and 5) measurement and evaluation. The program comprised three modules and ten activities: Module 1, preparation prior to supervision, included three activities; Module 2, implementation of supervision, included four activities; and Module 3, evaluation and follow-up of supervision, included three activities. 3. The coaching supervision program for supervisors in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Mukdahan Primary Educational Service Area Office revealed the overall propriety at high level.
