การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในยุค BANI World สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนครเขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 335 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะในยุค BANI World 2) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบสมรรถนะในยุค BANI World 3) แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ เกี่ยวกับสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นของสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในยุค BANI World โดยด้านสภาพที่เป็นจริงมีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.60 - 1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.27 - 0.89 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 ส่วนด้านสภาพที่ควรจะเป็น มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.60 - 1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.28 - 0.89 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กรอบแนวคิดสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในยุค BANI World มี 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความยืดหยุ่นทางจิตใจ การมีสัญชาตญาณ การปรับตัว ความเห็นอกเห็นใจ การสร้างความโปร่งใส และการมีสติ โดยทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. สภาพที่เป็นจริงของสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในยุค BANI World โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในยุค BANI World โดยภาพรวมมีค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น เท่ากับ 0.1964 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายองค์ประกอบโดยเรียงลำดับค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ความเห็นอกเห็นใจ การปรับตัว ความยืดหยุ่นทางจิตใจ การมีสัญชาตญาณ การสร้างความโปร่งใส และการมีสติ ตามลำดับ 4. แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในยุค BANI World ประกอบด้วย 36 แนวทางพัฒนา จำแนกเป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความเห็นอกเห็นใจ การปรับตัวและความยืดหยุ่นทางจิตใจ โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The objective of this study was to compose the guidelines for developing school administrators’ competency in The BANI World under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The participants of the study comprised 335 administrators and teachers in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in academic year 2025, who were selected using multi-stage sampling. The instruments used in data collection included a set of 5-rating scale questionnaires, which the part of current state indicated validity index ranged from 0.60 - 1.00, discriminative power index ranged from 0.27 - 0.89 and reliability index was at 0.97, whereas the desirable state indicated validity index ranged from 0.60 -1.00, discriminative power index ranged from 0.28 - 0.89 and reliability index was at 0.98, The statistical used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Modified Priority Need Index. The findings were as follows. 1. The conceptual framework of school administrators’ competency in The BANI World comprised six components, resilience, mindfulness, empathy, adaptability, transparency, and intuition. All components showed the highest level of propriety. 2. The current condition of school administrators’ competency in The BANI World in overall was at high level, and the desirable condition of school administrators’ competency in The BANI World in overall was at the highest level. 3. The need assessment of school administrators’ competency in The BANI World in overall indicated the priority need index at 0.1964. When considering each component were prioritized as: empathy, adaptability, resilience, intuition, transparency, and mindfulness, respectively. 4. The guidelines for developing school administrators’ competency in The BANI World consisted of 36 development guidelines, classified into three components, namely empathy, adaptability and resilience. The guidelines, in overall, was rated at the highest leve of propriety and feasibility.
