การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ โดยใช้รูปแบบการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกแบบรวมพลัง เรื่อง อัตราส่วน สัดส่วน และร้อยละ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น 3) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนบ้านฝั่งแดง (พระเทพวรมุนีอุปถัมภ์) สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 20 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ 2) แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 3) แบบวัดทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า (t-test) แบบ Dependent Samples ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีค่าเท่ากับร้อยละ 79.62/78.83 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 75/75 ที่ตั้งไว้ 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.81, S.D. = 0.18)
The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop mathematics learning activities based on the collaborative active learning model on Ratios, Fractions and Percentages for Mathayomsuksa 1 students to meet the predefined efficiency of 75/75, 2) to compare students’ mathematics learning achievement before and after the intervention, 3) to compare students’ teamwork skills before and after the intervention, and 4) to investigate students’ satisfaction toward learning through the developed learning activities. The sample consisted of 20 Mathayomsuksa 1 students from Ban Fang Daeng School (Phra Thep Worawamuni Upatham) under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the second semester of the 2025 academic year. The participants were selected using cluster random sampling, with the school as the sampling unit. The research instruments included 1) mathematics lesson plans, a learning achievement test, a teamwork skills assessment form, and a student satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviations, and Dependent Samples t-test. The findings were as follows: 1. The efficiency of the developed learning activities was 79.62/78.83, which was higher than the specified criteria of 75/75. 2. The students’ learning achievement after the intervention was significantly higher than that before the intervention at the .01 level of significance. 3. The students’ teamwork skills after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention at the .01 level of significance. 4. The students’ satisfaction toward the developed learning activities was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.81, S.D. = 0.18).
