การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร การวิจัยมี 2 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 335 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.629 – 0.939 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.986 และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน มีอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.500 – 0.901 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.904 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที ชนิดกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอิสระต่อกัน การทดสอบค่าเอฟ ชนิดการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน ตอนที่ 2 แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิแล้วทำการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง และขนาดโรงเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 5. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูง (rXY = 0.796**) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 6. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 ด้าน พบว่า ทั้ง 5 ด้าน สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน ได้แก่ การสร้างอิทธิพลทางความคิดในยุคดิจิทัล การกระตุ้นการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย การสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของผู้บริหารยุคใหม่ การสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ในการใช้เทคโนโลยี และการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในยุคดิจิทัล และ ซึ่งตัวแปรทั้ง 5 ด้าน ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน ได้ร้อยละ 63.20 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ ±0.21471 7. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ในการใช้เทคโนโลยี ผู้บริหารควรมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่ชัดเจนในการขับเคลื่อนการศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล 2) ด้านการกระตุ้นการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมและกระตุ้นให้บุคลากรพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัล 3) ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในยุคดิจิทัล มีผู้บริหารสร้างแรงจูงใจและวิสัยทัศน์ที่ชัดเจน 4) ด้านการสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของผู้บริหารยุคใหม่ ผู้บริหารควรสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างผู้บริหารและบุคลากร และ 5) ด้านการสร้างอิทธิพลทางความคิดในยุคดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารใช้เทคโนโลยีบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
This research aimed to examine, compare, and determine the relationship, identify the predictive power, and establish guidelines for developing transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators, which influenced the effectiveness of school administration under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon. The research was divided into two phases: The first phase focused on transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators and its impact on the effectiveness of school administration. The sample consisted of 335 participants, including school administrators and teachers in the 2024 academic year. The sample size determination was calculated through the Krejcie and Morgan table, and selected through multi - stage random sampling. The tools for data collection included sets of 5 - point Likert scale questionnaires assessing transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators, and the effectiveness of school administration, with the discrimination power ranging from 0.629 to 0.939, and from 0.500 to 0.901, and the reliability of 0.986 and 0.904. The statistics for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test, One - Way ANOVA F - test, Pearson’s product - moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The second phase focused on establishing guidelines for developing transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators to improve the effectiveness of school administration through expert interviews and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. The transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators was at a high level. 2. The effectiveness of school administration was at a high level. 3. The transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators based on positions and work experience, differences were observed at the .05 level of significance. When classified by school sizes, statistically significant differences were found at the .01 level. 4. The effectiveness of school administration exhibited differences based on positions and school sizes at the 0.05 level of significance, and in terms of work experience, the differences reached the 0.01 level of significance. 5. The transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators and the effectiveness of school administration showed a positive relationship, with a high level (rXY = 0.796**) at the 0.01 level of significance. 6. The five dimensions of transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators were found to be significant predictors of the effectiveness of school administration: 1) Influence of thought in the digital era, 2) Encouragement for advanced technology use, 3) Interpersonal relationship building for new - age administrators, 4) Creation of a vision for technology use, and 5) Inspiration in the digital era. These five dimensions accounted for 63.20 percent, with the standard error of estimate of ±0.21471. 7. The guidelines for developing transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators affecting the effectiveness of school administration were identified in five key aspects: 1) Creation of a vision for technology use: Administrators should have a clear vision in driving education in the digital era; 2) Encouragement for advanced technology use: administrators should support and encourage personnel to improve their digital skills; 3) Inspiration in the digital era: Administrators create motivation and clear visions; 4) Interpersonal relationship building for new - age administrators: Administrators should create good relationship among administrators and personnel; and 5) Influence of thought in the digital era: Administrators use technology for school administration to work effectively.
