การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำแห่งอนาคตของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ. 2568 – 2578) โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยอนาคตแบบ EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 32 คน ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง ในรอบแรกใช้การสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแห่งอนาคต จำนวน 9 องค์ประกอบ 45 ประเด็น และนำไปสร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อใช้ใน EDFR รอบที่สอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าฐานนิยม และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ (IQR) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำแห่งอนาคตของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ. 2568 – 2578) ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) การมีวิสัยทัศน์ 2) การยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง 3) การทำงานเป็นทีม 4) การสร้างเครือข่าย 5) การสร้างแรงจูงใจและแรงบันดาลใจ 6) คุณธรรมและจริยธรรม 7) ทักษะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต 8) ความฉลาดรู้ทางดิจิทัล และ 9) ผู้นำเหนือผู้นำ ซึ่งทั้งหมดมีความสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรให้สามารถปรับตัว และเติบโตได้อย่างยั่งยืนในบริบทของการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต
The purpose of this research was to examine the future leadership of administrators at Triam Udom Suksa school in the next decade (B.E. 2025 – 2035) using the Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research (EDFR) method. The participants consisted of 32 experts who were selected through purposive sampling. In the first round, semi - structured interviews were conducted to synthesize key elements of future leadership, resulting in nine components comprising 45 indicators. These indicators were used to develop a set of questionnaires for the second round of the EDFR process. The data were analyzed using median, mode, and interquartile range (IQR). The findings revealed that future leadership for administrators at Triam Udom Suksa school in the next decade (B.E. 2025 – 2035) should encompass the following key components: 1) Vision, 2) Change Acceptance, 3) Teamwork, 4) Network Building, 5) Motivation and Inspiration, 6) Morality and Ethics, 7) Lifelong Learning Skills, 8) Digital Literacy, and 9) Super Leadership. These components are critical for supporting organizational adaptation and sustainable development in response to future changes.
