การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนครเขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 481 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยด้านสภาพปัจจุบัน มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.39-0.84 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 ส่วนด้านสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นมีค่าความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.33-0.88 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 และแบบสอบถามแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. ผลการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมมีค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น เท่ากับ 0.142 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าสูงสุด ได้แก่ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ รองลงมา ได้แก่ ความไว้วางใจ การทำงานเป็นทีม ความยืดหยุ่น วิสัยทัศน์ และจินตนาการ ตามลำดับ 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มี 4 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 2) ความไว้วางใจ 3) ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม และ4) ด้านความยืดหยุ่น
The purpose of this study was to propose the guidelines for creative leadership development of school administrators under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The participants consisted 481 administrators and teachers under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, who were recruited using multi-stage sampling in academic year 2024. The instruments used in data collection included a set of 5-level rating scale questionnaires, which the part of current state indicated validity index ranged between 0.80-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.39-0.84 and reliability index was at 0.97, whereas the part of desirable state indicated validity index ranged between 0.80-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.33-0.88 and reliability value index was at 0.96, and a set of questionnaires on self-leadership development. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and modified priority needs index. The findings were as follows. 1. The current state of creative leadership of school administrators, in overall, was high level, and the desirable state of creative leadership of school administrators, in overall, was at the highest level. 2. The results of the needs assessment of creative leadership of school administrators, in overall indicated the modified priority needs index of at 0.142. When considering each aspect, it was found that creative thinking showed the highest needs, followed by trust, teamwork, flexibility, vision and imagination, respectively. 3. The guidelines for creative leadership development of school administrators composed four aspects, namely 1) creative thinking, 2) trust, 3) teamwork, and 4) flexibility.
