การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) กระบวนการบริหารจัดการและการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการควบคุมการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการควบคุมโรคอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร 2) กระบวนการบริหารจัดการและการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการควบคุมการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการควบคุมโรคอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยกระบวนการบริหารจัดการและการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการควบคุมการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการควบคุมโรคอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการควบคุมโรคอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร จำนวน 315 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กระบวนการบริหารจัดการในการควบคุมการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการควบคุมโรคอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄=4.07) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการควบคุมการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการควบคุมโรคอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄=4.11) และประสิทธิผลในการควบคุมการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการควบคุมโรคอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄=4.10) 2. กระบวนการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการประสานงาน (β=.333) ด้านการบังคับบัญชา/สั่งการ (β=.250) และด้านการวางแผน (β=.193) ยกเว้นด้านการจัดองค์กร และด้านการควบคุม มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการควบคุมการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการควบคุมโรคอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายระดับประสิทธิผลในการควบคุมการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ได้ร้อยละ 61.70 (R2=.617) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม ด้านความมีอิสระในการปฏิบัติงาน (β=.332) ด้านการตั้งเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ร่วมกัน (β=.314) และด้านความยึดมั่นผูกพัน (β=.224) ยกเว้นด้านการไว้วางใจกัน มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการควบคุมการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการควบคุมโรคอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายระดับประสิทธิผลในการควบคุมการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ได้ร้อยละ 71.80 (R2=.718)
This research aimed to study: 1) The management process and participative management in the control of the outbreak of COVID-19, of the action Center Disease Control in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province, and 2) The management process and participative management that affect the effectiveness of COVID-19 pandemic control of the action Center Disease Control in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province. The sample group used in the research on the management process and participative management affecting the effectiveness of the outbreak of COVID-19 by the action Center Disease Control in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province, consisted of 315 executives and practitioners of the the action Center Disease Control in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The direction of controlling the frequency of COVID-19 disease of the Wanornniwat District Disease Control Center, Sakon Nakhon Province, especially controlling symptoms a lot (x̄=4.07) The direction of controlling the symptoms of COVID-19 of the Wanornniwat District Disease Control Center, Sakon Nakhon Province, especially in your body a lot (x̄=4.11) Resulting in controlling the symptoms of COVID-19 of the Wanornniwat District Disease Control Center, Sakon Nakhon Province, especially very normal (x̄=4.10) 2. Regarding management processes, the factors of Coordination (β=.333), Command/Direction (β=.250), and Planning (β=.193), except for the Organization and Control dimensions, significantly affected the effectiveness of the outbreak of COVID-19 control by of the action Center Disease Control in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province, at a statistical significance level of .01. These factors collectively predicted the effectiveness level at 61.70 percent (R2=.617). For participative management, the factors of Freedom in Operation (β=.332), Shared Goal and Objective Setting (β=.314), and Commitment (β=.224), except for the dimension of Mutual Trust, significantly affected the effectiveness of the outbreak of COVID-19 control by the action Center Disease Control in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province at a statistical significance level of .01. These factors collectively predicted the effectiveness level at 71.80 percent (R2=.718).
