การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายการวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาและประสิทธิผลการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการตามวัยของเด็กปฐมวัย 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพ ปัญหาและประสิทธิผลการจัดประสบการณ์ส่งเสริมพัฒนาการตามวัยของเด็กปฐมวัย จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์การทำงานและวุฒิการศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัยและ 3) ศึกษาหาแนวทางพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการตามวัยของเด็กปฐมวัยโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 176 คน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 44 คน และครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย จำนวน 132 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา t-test และ F-test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. สภาพการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการตามวัยของเด็กปฐมวัยโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัญหาการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และประสิทธิผลการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัยที่มีตำแหน่ง วุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงานมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน และปัญหาการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกันและประสิทธิผลการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการตามวัยของเด็กปฐมวัย โดยรวมมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาการด้านร่างกาย ด้านการพัฒนาการด้านอารมณ์ จิตใจและด้านการพัฒนาการด้านสติปัญญามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนระดับการศึกษา โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาการด้านสติปัญญา มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าการพัฒนาการด้านสติปัญญามีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
3. แนวทางพัฒนาการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการตามวัยของเด็กปฐมวัยโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 มี 2 แนวทาง คือ การพัฒนาการด้านร่างกาย และการพัฒนาการด้านสติปัญญา
The purposes of this research were: 1) to examine conditions, problems and effectiveness of the learning experience management directed toward promoting early childhood development; 2) to compare conditions, problems and effectiveness of the learning experience management for promoting early childhood development, as perceived by school administrators and early childhood teachers, classified by position, work experience and education level; and 3) establish the guidelines for developing the learning experience management for promoting early childhood development in schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 1. The samples, obtained through a simple random sampling, included 44 school administrators and 132 early childhood teachers, yielding with a total of 176 participants. The research instrument was a set of 5-level rating scale questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, content analysis, t-test and F-test.
The findings were as follows:
1. The conditions concerning the learning experience management for promoting early childhood development in schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 1, as a whole were at a high level. The problems as a whole were at a moderate level, whilst the effectiveness of the learning experience management was at a high level in overall.
2. The conditions of the learning experience management for promoting early childhood development as perceived by school administrators and early childhood teachers with different position, educational level and work experience, showed no differences in overall and each aspect. The problems of the learning experience management were also not different in overall and each aspect. The effectiveness of the learning experience management, as perceived by participants, as a whole was found different at .01 level of statistical significance. When considering in each aspect, the physical, emotional and cognitive development were different at .01 level of statistical significance. In terms of educational level, the participants’ opinions were not different in overall. When considering in each aspect, the cognitive development were different at .01 level of statistical significance. In terms of work experience, the participants’ opinions were different in overall at .05 level of statistical significance. When considering in each aspect, the opinions toward the cognitive development were different at .05 level of statistical significance.
3. The proposed guidelines for improving the management of learning experience for promoting early childhood development in schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 1 involved two aspects: the physical and cognitive development.
