การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการบำรุงรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์ 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการบำรุงรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ ทักษะการบำรุงรักษาและความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการบำรุงรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์ การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นที่ 1 การศึกษาปัญหา ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน แนวคิดทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขั้นที่ 2 การสร้างและหาคุณภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ขั้นที่ 3 การทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ขั้นที่ 4 การประเมินผลหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนศรีวิไลวิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 40 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติทดสอบที (t-test for dependent samples)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการบำรุงรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์ ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร 2) เนื้อหาสาระ 3) กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม 4) สื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ และ 5) การประเมินผล โดยมีเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตร 5 หน่วย ประกอบด้วย 1) การติดตั้งระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดวส์และโปรแกรมประยุกต์ 2) การถอดโปรแกรมที่ไม่ต้องการออกไปจากเครื่อง 3) การโคลนนิ่งระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดวส์และโปรแกรมประยุกต์ 4) การตรวจสอบและกำจัดไวรัสคอมพิวเตอร์ และ 5) การทำความสะอาดเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์
2. ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการบำรุงรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์ เป็นดังนี้ 1) ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์ของนักเรียนที่ได้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม หลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2) ทักษะการบำรุงรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์ของนักเรียนที่ได้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับมาก
The objectives of this study were to 1) develop a training curriculum on computer maintenance and 2) assess the efficiency of the developed training curriculum on computer maintenance for Mathayomsuksa 6 students on knowledge and understanding of students, students’ skills on computer maintenance and student satisfaction towards the developed training curriculum. The study was conducted in 4 phases. The first phase was the study of problems, fundamental information and relevant concepts and theories, while the second phase was training curriculum building and determining its quality. The experimental implementation of the developed training curriculum was carried out in the third phase and the fourth phase was the curriculum assessment. Target group consisted of 40 Mathayomsuksa 6 students in Sriwilaiwittaya School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 in the academic year B.E. 2561, selected through purposive sampling. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples.
The results were as follow.
1. The developed training curriculum on computer maintenance comprised of 5 components, namely 1) curriculum objectives; 2) content; 3) training activities; 4) learning management media and 5) evaluation. The content of the training curriculum comprised of 5 units, which were 1) the installation of Windows operating system and application software; 2) software uninstallation; 3) the cloning of Windows operating system and application software; 4) computer virus detection and termination and 5) computer cleaning.
2. The efficiency of the developed training curriculum on computer maintenance could be explained as 1) knowledge and understanding of students participated in the developed training curriculum after training was higher than that before training at a statistical significance of .01 level; 2) computer maintenance skill of students participated in the developed training curriculum was at the highest level and 3) student satisfaction towards the developed training curriculum was at high level.
