การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ที่มีสถานภาพต่างกัน จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน จำแนกตามอำเภอที่มีโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา 3) หาแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานบริหารวิชาการ และครูผู้สอน ในปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 1,163 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานบริหารวิชาการ และครูผู้สอน ในปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 325 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ t–test และ F–test (One–Way ANOVA)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานวิชาการ และครูผู้สอน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมแล้ว แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
3. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานวิชาการ และครูผู้สอน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวม มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
4. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานวิชาการ และครูผู้สอน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา จำแนกตามอำเภอที่มีโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
5. แนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ที่ควรพัฒนา คือ มีทั้งหมด 8 ด้าน คือ การพัฒนาหรือดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา การวัดผล ประเมินผลและเทียบโอนผลการเรียน การส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านวิชาการแก่ชุมชน การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา การจัดระเบียบและแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับงานด้านวิชาการของสถานศึกษา การพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา
This research intended to: 1) The study effectiveness of academic administration in the educational opportunity extension schools. 2) The comparative comments effectiveness of academic administration in the educational opportunity extension schools, with the differently status, the sizes of the schools, the district with the educational opportunity extension schools. 3) The development appropriate guidelines of academic administration in the educational opportunity extension schools. The population of the study was administrators, teachers responsible administration academic and teachers. In the year 2556 of 1,163 people. The samples used in the study was administrators, teachers responsible administration academic and teachers. In the year 2556 of 325 people. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The rating scale 5-level. The statistics used in the analysis the data was percentage, mean, standard deviation. Test the analysis using t-test and F-test (One-Way ANOVA).
The findings were as follows:
