The purposes of this research were to 1) construct lesson plans based on the STAD technique integrated with Canva on the Genetics Unit for Mathayomsuksa 3 students to meet the efficiency criteria of 80/80, 2) examine and compare students’ analytical thinking before and after the intervention, 3) compare students’ learning achievement before and after the intervention, and 4) investigate students’ desirable characteristics after learning through the developed learning management. The sample, obtained through cluster random sampling, consisted of 23 students from Mathayomsuksa 3 at Ban Nonglad Ratutid Wittayakom School under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, in the first semester of the 2025 academic year. The research instruments were lesson plans based on the STAD technique, integrated with Canva, an analytical thinking test, a learning achievement test, and a set of questionnaires assessing students’ desirable characteristics. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test for Dependent Samples. The findings were as follows: 1. The lesson plans based on the STAD technique integrated with Canva on the Genetics Unit for Mathayomsuksa 3 students, achieved the efficiency of 82.59/83.60, which was higher than the set criteria of 80/80. 2. The students’ analytical thinking after the intervention was higher than before the intervention at the .01 level of significance. Since the learners collaborated in groups, supported one another, engaged in analytical thinking tasks, planned collectively, articulated their opinions, jointly identified solutions, and presented their outcomes to the class. These processes facilitated knowledge exchange and enhanced their analytical thinking. 3. The students’ learning achievement after the intervention was higher than before the intervention at the .01 level of significance. 4. The students’ desirable characteristics after the intervention were at the highest level (x̄3.88). This finding suggests that when teachers provide instruction and support that cultivate students’ desirable characteristics, including good behavior, mutual assistance, task commitment, responsibility, discipline, honesty, curiosity for learning, willingness to help others, and a sense of public-mindedness, students’ desirable characteristics are strengthened.
