การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการ ของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียและครูในโรงเรียนบ้านศรีเวินชัยเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ “เด็กดีศรีเวินชัย ในวิถีพอเพียง” 2) พัฒนาหลักสูตร เสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ “เด็กดีศรีเวินชัย ในวิถีพอเพียง” และ 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ “เด็กดีศรีเวินชัย ในวิถีพอเพียง” โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยตามกระบวนการวิจัยปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research: PAR) กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นผู้บริหาร ครูโรงเรียนบ้านศรีเวินชัย จำนวน 9 คน และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย จำนวน 38 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์การประเมินหลักสูตรด้านกระบวนการ 3) แบบประเมินหลักสูตรด้านกระบวนการ และ 4) แบบสอบถาม ความพึงพอใจของผู้ร่วมวิจัยและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. โรงเรียนบ้านศรีเวินชัยจัดการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง แต่ไม่มีหลักสูตรเกี่ยวกับปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงหรือภูมิปัญญาที่มีอยู่ในท้องถิ่น การใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้กับนักเรียนค่อนข้างน้อย นักเรียนบางส่วนยังขาดคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (Stake holder) เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาค่อนข้างน้อย ทำให้คณะครูและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียมีความต้องการจัดทำหลักสูตรเกี่ยวกับปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง หรือภูมิปัญญาที่มีอยู่ในท้องถิ่น และปลูกฝังคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ให้นักเรียน 2. หลักสูตรเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ “เด็กดีศรีเวินชัย ในวิถีพอเพียง” มีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ 8 องค์ประกอบ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ผลการใช้หลักสูตร พบว่า 3.1) นักเรียนมีคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ หลังเรียนด้วยหลักสูตรเสริมสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ที่ร้อยละ 70 ของคะแนนเต็ม และมีคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ในแต่ละกิจกรรมระดับดีขึ้นไป 3.2) ผลการประเมินหลักสูตร โดยใช้รูปแบบ CIPP พบว่า ด้านบริบท โรงเรียนและชุมชนมีความต้องการหลักสูตรเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า คู่มือ สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ เครื่องมือ ครูผู้สอน ปราชญ์ท้องถิ่น และเวลาเรียน มีความเหมาะสมกับผู้เรียน ด้านกระบวนการ หลักสูตร มีความเหมาะสม และมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านผลผลิต นักเรียนมีคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์“เด็กดีศรีเวินชัย ในวิถีพอเพียง” สูงขึ้น และ 3.3) ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และนักเรียน มีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตร เสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ “เด็กดีศรีเวินชัย ในวิถีพอเพียง” อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The purposes of this research were to 1) examine conditions, problems, and needs of stakeholders and teachers at Ban Sriwenchai School regarding the development of a curriculum for enhancing desirable characteristics of “Dekdee Sriwernchai in a Sufficiency Way”, 2) develop the curriculum for enhancing desirable characteristics of “Dekdee Sriwernchai in a Sufficiency Way”, and 3) investigate the effects of its implementation. The study employed participatory action research (PAR). The target group consisted of nine administrators and teachers from Ban Sriwenchai School, as well as 38 stakeholders. Research instruments comprised: 1) a form assessing students’ desirable characteristics, 2) an interview form for evaluating the curriculum process, 3) a form for evaluating the curriculum process, and 4) a set of satisfaction questionnaires for participants and stakeholders. Statistics for quantitative data included percentage, mean, and standard deviation, while qualitative data were analyzed through content analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. Ban Sriwenchai School has implemented learning activities aligned with the Principles of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (PSEP); however, a formal curriculum integrating local wisdom was absent. The integration of learning resources and local wisdom into learning management was limited. Consequently, students demonstrated limited desirable characteristics, and stakeholder participation in educational management remained low. Therefore, both teachers and stakeholders expressed the need to develop a curriculum based on the PSEP and local wisdom to foster desirable student attributes. 2. The developed curriculum for enhancing desirable characteristics of “Dekdee Sriwernchai in a Sufficiency Way” comprised eight key components and was assessed at the highest level of appropriateness. 3. The effects after the implementation of the developed curriculum revealed that: 3.1) students demonstrated desirable characteristics after the intervention, exceeding the 70% criterion and exhibited a good level of desirable characteristics across all activities; 3.2) the curriculum evaluation, conducted using the CIPP model, indicated that, in terms of context, both the school and the community expressed a clear need for a curriculum that fostered desirable characteristics. Regarding input, the curriculum user manual, instructional media and learning resources, tools, teachers, local wisdom experts, and learning schedule were all rated as appropriate for learners. For the process dimension, the curriculum was evaluated as highly appropriate and of the highest quality. In terms of product, students demonstrated improved desirable characteristics consistent with the concept of “Dekdee Sriwernchai in a Sufficiency Way”; and 3.3) Administrators, teachers, stakeholders, and students reported the highest level of satisfaction with the developed curriculum designed to enhance the desirable characteristics of “Dekdee Sriwernchai in a Sufficiency Way”.
