การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร
2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร เมื่อจำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล 3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิผลของด้านการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร 4) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนในอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในเขตอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร จำนวน 399 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. การดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนในอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก คุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. คุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร แตกต่างกันตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนและตำบลที่อาศัยอยู่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ยกเว้น คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ
3. ตัวแปรการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร ได้ร้อยละ 83.20 (R2=.832) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาองค์ประกอบย่อยของตัวแปรการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พบว่า ตัวแปรที่มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ การมีคุณธรรม (β=.506) รองลงมาคือ การมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ (β=.372) ความพอประมาณ (β=.123) และการเสริมสร้างความมีเหตุผล (β=.076) ตามลำดับ ยกเว้นการร่วมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกัน.
4. แนวทางพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในอำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร ยึดหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พัฒนาคนและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานแบบยั่งยืน ใช้ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือประชาชนประจำอำเภอ (คชอ.) และอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) เป็นกลไกหลัก ส่งเสริมอาชีพ สุขภาพ การศึกษา ทักษะอาชีพ ดิจิทัล วัฒนธรรม และการรวมกลุ่มประชาชน ภายใต้หลัก PDCA และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน
The purposes of the research included the following: 1) To study the level of living life according to the principles of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy and the quality of life of the people in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province, 2) To compare the quality of life of the people in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province on the basis of their different personal characteristics, 3) To investigate the influences of living life based on the principles of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy on the quality of life of the people in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province, and 4) To explore and gain guidelines for developing the people’s quality of life based on the principles of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province. Using stratified sampling method, the sample consisted of 399 people who resided in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province. A questionnaire was adopted as the data collection tool and the statistics employed for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis.
The study revealed these results:
1. The overall living life based on the principles of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of the people in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province was at a high level. At the same time, their quality of life, as a whole, was also at a high level.
2. Regarding the quality of life, it was found that, except for their different genders, the people in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province, whose age, educational background, careers, and monthly incomes varied significantly had different quality of life at .01 statistical level.
3. Concerning living life based on the principles of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, the study showed that the variables/components of living life based on the principles of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy could be used jointly to correctly foretell the quality of life of the people in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province 83.20 percent (R2=.832), and at .01 statistical level of significance. Considering each variable/component, except for collaboratively building the immunity, these variables/components could be ranked from the highest to the lowest regression coefficients accordingly: morality (β=.506), knowledge and understanding (β=.372), applying moderation (β=.123), and fostering/building rationality (β=.076).
4. These guidelines were suggested for improving the quality of life of the people in Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province: the principles of Sufficiency Economy philosophy should be upheld and adopted to the people’s way of life; the people and the infrastructure should be sustainably empowered and improved; both Wanon Niwat Public Assistance Center and the village health volunteers (VHV/Or Sor Mor) should become the major mechanisms used for promoting the people’s careers, education, vocational skills, digital literacy, cultural conservation/development, and public gathering/cooperation which rests upon the PDCA model and community participation.
