การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี ของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 และตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ การดำเนินการมี 2 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี ของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน และระยะที่ 2 การตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างตัวบ่งชี้เชิงสมมติฐานที่สร้างขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างครูผู้สอน จำนวน 350 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง .80 – 1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .33 - .78 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ทักษะด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี ของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก 13 องค์ประกอบย่อย และ 66 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบหลักด้านทักษะด้านสารสนเทศ มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย 16 ตัวบ่งชี้ ทักษะด้านสื่อ มี 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย 20 ตัวบ่งชี้ และทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยี มี 6 องค์ประกอบย่อย 30 ตัวบ่งชี้
2. โมเดลโครงสร้างทักษะด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี ของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าไค - สแควร์ (Chi-Square : χ2) เท่ากับ 43.33 ค่าองศาอิสระ (df) เท่ากับ 46 ค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value) เท่ากับ .58 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ .98 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ .96 และค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนในการประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ .00 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
The purposes of this research were to develop the indicators on information media and technology skills of junior high school students in schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and examine the congruence between the structure model of information media and technology indicators with empirical data. The study was conducted in 2 phases. The first phase was the indicators development of information technology and media skills of junior high school students using relevant documents and research analysis and an interview with 5 experts. The second phase was the examination of congruence between the developed indicators and the empirical data. The samples consisted of 350 teachers. The research tool employed in this study was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with IOC between .80 – 1.00, discrimination value between .33 - .78 and overall reliability value at .97. The collected data was analyzed by statistical software program.
The results of this study showed that:
1. Information, media and technology skills of junior high school students in schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational service Area Office 2 comprised of 3 principal components, 13 sub-components, and 66 indicators. The principal component on information comprised of 3 sub-components and 16 indicators; the principal components on media comprised of 4 sub-components and 20 indicators; the principal component of technology comprised of 6 sub-and 30 indicators.
2. The structured model on information media and technology of junior high school students in schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 showed congruence with the empirical data with Chi – square value (χ2) at 43.33, degree of freedom (df) at 46, p-value at .58, Goodness of Fit lndex (GFI) at .98, Adjusted Goodness of Fit lndex (AGFI) at .96 and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) at .00 Thus, the study results confirmed the stated hypothesis.
