การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร และความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนคุณธรรม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยทางการบริหารและความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนคุณธรรม ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพ ขนาดโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน, ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยทางการบริหารและความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนคุณธรรม, หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ของปัจจัยทางการบริหารงานที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนคุณธรรมและแนวทางในการ พัฒนาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนคุณธรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 จำนวน 298 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหาร 90 คน และครูผู้สอน 208 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนคุณธรรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (F – test แบบ One – Way ANOVA) ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของแบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson 's Correlation Coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณทีละขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ปัจจัยทางการบริหาร โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ปัจจัยทางการบริหาร ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพ โดยรวมไม่แตกต่าง จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวม และรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
4. ความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนคุณธรรม ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพ โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน
5. ปัจจัยทางการบริหารและความสำเร็จในการบริหารโรงเรียนคุณธรรม โดยรวมพบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
6. ปัจจัยทางการบริหาร จำนวน 5 ปัจจัย ที่มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนคุณธรรม ที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คือ ปัจจัยที่ 1 นโยบายและการปฏิบัติ ปัจจัยที่ 4 กระบวนการบริหาร ปัจจัยที่ 5 บุคลากร ปัจจัยที่ 8 บรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์การ และปัจจัยที่ 9 สภาพแวดล้อม ชุมชน ท้องถิ่น
7. แนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนคุณธรรม เสนอแนะไว้มี 5 ปัจจัย ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยที่ 1 นโยบายและการปฏิบัติ ปัจจัยที่ 4 กระบวนการบริหาร ปัจจัยที่ 5 บุคลากร ปัจจัยที่ 8 บรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์การ และปัจจัยที่ 9 สภาพแวดล้อม ชุมชน ท้องถิ่น
The purposes of this research were: to explore the level of administrative factors and administrative success of the moral schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; to compare administrative factors and administrative success of the moral schools as perceived by school administrators and teachers with different status, school sizes and work experience; to investigate the relationship between administrative factors and administrative success of the moral schools; to identify the predictive power of the administrative factors influencing the administrative success of the moral schools; and the guidelines for developing administrative factors influencing administrative success of the moral schools. The sample comprised a total of 298 participants, including 90 administrators and 208 teachers working under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The instrument for data collection was a set of questionnaires concerning administrative factors influencing administrative success of the moral schools. Statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The findings were as follows:
1. The administrative factors, as a whole and individual aspect were at a high level.
2. The school administrative success, as a whole and individual aspect was at a high level.
3. The administrative factors as perceived by school administrators and teachers with different status were not different in overall, whereas in terms of school sizes, there were different at a statistical significance of the .01 level. In terms of work experience, there was no difference as a whole and in each aspect.
4. The administrative success of the moral schools as perceived by administrators and teachers with different status was not different as a whole and individual aspect, whereas there were different at a statistical significance of the .01 level in terms of school sizes. In terms of work experience, there was not different as a whole and individual aspect.
5. The administrative factors and the administrative success of the moral schools as whole had a positive relationship at the statistical significance of the .01 level.
6. The administrative factors comprised five factors which were able to predict the administrative success of the moral schools at the statistical significance of the .01 level, including Policies (Factor 1), Administrative Procedures (Factor 4), Personnel (Factor 5), Atmosphere and Organizational Culture (Factor 8), and Environment and Local Communities (Factor 9).
7. The guidelines for developing the administrative factors affecting the administrative success of the moral schools yielded five factors: Policies (Factor 1), Administrative Procedures (Factor 4), Personnel (Factor 5), Atmosphere and Organizational Culture (Factor 8), and Environment and Local Communities (Factor 9).
