การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุระหว่างตัวแปรคัดสรรกับประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 เตรียมยกร่างโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ โดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสร้างแบบสอบถาม การตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับนิยามเชิงปฏิบัติการ (item-objective congruence: IOC) และการตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่น (reliability) ของเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ระยะที่ 2 ยกร่างและพัฒนาโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ ระยะที่ 3 ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ การยืนยันโมเดลโดยใช้แบบยืนยันโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุปัจจัยจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษาเป็นโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 440 แห่ง โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูล โรงเรียนละ 2 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 880 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 440 คน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานวิชาการ จำนวน 440 คน โดยผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบ หลายขั้นตอน (Multi-stage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความเบ้ ค่าความโด่ง ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์เส้นทางโดยใช้โปรแกรม LISREL
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. โมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ที่สร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วย ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมและวัฒนธรรมองค์การ
2. โมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ที่สร้างขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าไค-สแควร์ ( เท่ากับ 154.11 ที่องศาอิสระ (df) เท่ากับ 129 ค่าไค-สแควร์สัมพัทธ์ (/df) เท่ากับ 1.19 ค่าความน่าจะเป็น (p-value) เท่ากับ 0.06513 ค่าประมาณความคลาดเคลื่อนของรากกำลังสองเฉลี่ย (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.021 ค่าดัชนีความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.97 ค่าดัชนีความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.94 ค่าขนาดตัวอย่างวิกฤติ (CN) เท่ากับ 479.67 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้องเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) เท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าดัชนีของรากกำลังสองเฉลี่ยของเศษ (RMR) เท่ากับ 0.0058 และสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์ (R2) เท่ากับ 0.86 และเมื่อนำโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของประสิทธิโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 9 คน ยืนยันทุกคนยืนยันโมเดลตามผลการวิเคราะห์
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the casual relationship between selected variables and effectiveness of small primary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC); 2) examine the concordance of the causal relationship model of effectiveness of small primary schools under the OBEC with the empirical data. The three-phase research was conducted: Phase I was related to constructing the causal relationship model through analysis of documents and relevant research studies, the development of a questionnaire. Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) points of congruence were rated. The reliability of the research instrument for data collection were also carried out; Phase II was related to drafting and developing a causal relationship model; and Phase III involved the validation of a causal relationship model. The congruent confirmation of the model was performed by nine experts. The subjects were drawn from 440 small primary schools under the OBEC in the 2018 academic year. The two respondents were selected from each school using a multi-stage random sampling, yielding a total of 880 respondents, including 440 school administrators and 440 teachers. The research instrument was a set of questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Skewness, Kurtosis, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and Path Analysis using LISREL program.
The findings were as follows:
1. The developed causal relationship model of effectiveness of small primary schools under the OBEC involved administrators’ leadership, school environment, participative management, and organizational culture.
2. The developed causal relationship model of effectiveness of small primary schools under the OBEC was consistent with the empirical data as demonstrated by the following fit measures: Chi-Square () goodness of fit test = 154.11, Degree of Freedom (df) = 129, Chi-Square/Degree of Freedom (/df) = 1.19, Probability Value (p-value) = 0.06513, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) = 0.021, Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) = 0.97, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) = 0.94, Critical N (CN) = 479.67, Comparative Fit Index (CFI) = 1.00, Root Mean Squared Residual (RMR) = 0.0058 and Alpha Coefficient (R2) = 0.86. The causal relationship model of effectiveness of small primary schools under the OBEC was then reviewed and confirmed by all nine experts, thus resulting in a well-fitted model.
