การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของโมเดลตัวบ่งชี้ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูคณิตศาสตร์ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ การดำเนินงานมีสองระยะประกอบด้วย ระยะแรก การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูคณิตศาสตร์ ระดับมัธยมศึกษา ดำเนินการโดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ระยะที่สอง การตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลโครงสร้างประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูคณิตศาสตร์ ระดับมัธยมศึกษา ดำเนินการโดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างครูคณิตศาสตร์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 จำนวน 250 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.60–1.00 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.40-0.84 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ตัวบ่งชี้ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูคณิตศาสตร์ ระดับมัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก 18 องค์ประกอบย่อย 84 ตัวบ่งชี้ จำแนกเป็น บุคลิกภาพของครู จำนวน 18 ตัวบ่งชี้ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูและนักเรียน 13 ตัวบ่งชี้ เจตคติต่อวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ จำนวน 16 ตัวบ่งชี้ การวัดและประเมินผล จำนวน 16 ตัวบ่งชี้ และการจัดการเรียนการสอน จำนวน 21 ตัวบ่งชี้
2. โมเดลโครงสร้างประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูคณิตศาสตร์ ระดับมัธยมศึกษา พบว่า มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าไค-สแควร์ (Chi–Square) เท่ากับ 78.58 ค่าองศาอิสระ (df) เท่ากับ 79 ค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value) เท่ากับ 0.49 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้อง (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.97 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้องที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.93 ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนในการประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.00 และค่าดัชนีที่แสดงขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ยอมรับ (CN) เท่ากับ 333.51 และค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบของทั้ง 84 ตัวบ่งชี้ มีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.43–0.92
The objective of this study were to develop and test the construct validity of the indicators structure model on teaching efficiency of secondary mathematic teachers with empirical data. The process of this study was divided into 2 phases: phase 1) the development of teaching efficiency indicators of secondary mathematic teachers by analyzing related document and research and phase 2) the testing of teaching efficiency structure model of secondary mathematic teachers by using confirmatory factor analysis. The data were collected from 250 mathematic teachers by cluster random sampling under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 21. Five rating scale questionnaire with validity value between 0.60–1.00 and reliability value using Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient at 0.98 was employed as research instrument. The collected data were analyzed by software program.
The Finding revealed that:
1. The indicators of teaching efficiency of secondary mathematic teachers comprised of five core components, 18 subcomponents, and 84 indicators which were distinguished as 18 indicators for personality of the teacher, 13 indicators for relationship between teacher and student, 16 indicators for attitude towards mathematics, 16 indicators for measurement and evaluation, and 21 indicators for learning management.
2. The teaching efficiency structure model of secondary mathematic teachers was consistent with the empirical data with Chi–square value = 78.58, degree of freedom (df) = 79, statistical significance (p-value) 0.49, Goodness of fit index (GFI) = 0.79, Adjust Goodness of fit Index (AGFI) = 0.93, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) = 0.00 and Criticai N (CN) = 333.51
