การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมผู้นำนักเรียน 2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ความเข้าใจ เรื่องการจดบันทึก และรายงานการประชุม ของผู้นำนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม 3) ศึกษาทักษะ การจดบันทึก และรายงานการประชุมของผู้นำนักเรียน 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้นำนักเรียนที่มีต่อการฝึกอบรม และ 5) ติดตามผลความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจดบันทึก และรายงานการประชุม ของผู้นำนักเรียนหลังฝึกอบรม 1 เดือน การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาข้อมูลขั้นพื้นฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนาหลักสูตร ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทดลองใช้หลักสูตร ขั้นตอนที่ 4 การประเมินผลและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้นำนักเรียน โรงเรียนเชียงยืนวิทยา อำเภอท่าอุเทน จังหวัดนครพนม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 22 ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 14 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมผู้นำนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) จุดมุ่งหมาย 2) เนื้อหา 3) วิธีการ/กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม และ 4) การวัดประเมินผล
2. ความรู้ความเข้าใจ เรื่องการจดบันทึก และรายงานการประชุม ของผู้นำนักเรียนหลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
3. ทักษะ การจดบันทึก และรายงานการประชุมของผู้นำนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับดีมาก
4. ความพึงพอใจของผู้นำนักเรียนที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม อยู่ในระดับดีมาก
5. ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจดบันทึก และรายงานการประชุมของผู้นำนักเรียนระหว่างหลังฝึกอบรมกับหลังฝึกอบรม 1 เดือน ไม่แตกต่างกันที่นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were 1) to construct a training curriculum for student leaders, 2) to compare the student leaders’ understanding of note taking and meeting minute writing before and after training, 3) to explore the student leaders’ practical skills on note taking and meeting minute writing, 4) to investigate the student leaders’ satisfaction towards the training curriculum, and 5) to follow-up the understanding and performances of student leaders on note taking and meeting minute writing a month after training. The research procedures were divided into four steps: step 1) study related documents and research, step 2) training curriculum development, step 3) training curriculum implementation and step 4) training curriculum evaluation and improvement.The research sample consisted of 14 leader students of Chiangyuenwittaya School, Tha Uthen District Nakhon Phanom Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 22, in the second semester of academic year 2018. They were selected by using purposive sampling technique. Percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples were used for data analysis.
The research findings showed that:
1. The training curriculum for student leaders consisted of four factors: 1) course objectives, 2) content, 3) process/activities and 4) measurement and evaluation.
2. The of student leaders’ understanding of note taking and meeting minute writing after training was higher than before training with statistically significant level at .01.
3. The student leaders’ practical skills of note taking and meeting minute writing were at the highest level.
4. The satisfaction of student leaders towards the training curriculum was highly positive.
5. The student leaders’ understanding of note taking and meeting minute writing between after training and a month after training were not different with statistically different level at 01.
