การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อย ประเทศไทย ในโรงเรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนครกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัย ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 281คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 125 คน และครูปฐมวัย จำนวน 156 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .38 - .94 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .93 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าร้อยละ การทดสอบค่าทีt-test (Independent samples) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว F-test (One way ANOVA)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ระดับสภาพของโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อย ประเทศไทยในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ระดับปัญหาของโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อย ประเทศไทย ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนครตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย
3. ระดับผลสำเร็จของการดำเนินงานโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อย ประเทศไทย ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนครตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
4. สภาพ ปัญหาและผลสำเร็จของการดำเนินงานโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อย ประเทศไทย ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำแนกตามสถานภาพ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัย ไม่แตกต่างกัน
5. สภาพ และปัญหาของโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อยประเทศไทยในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัย โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
6. ผลสำเร็จของการดำเนินงานโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อย ประเทศไทย ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัยโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
7. สภาพ และปัญหาของโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อย ประเทศไทยในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำแนกตามสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัยโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
8. ผลสำเร็จของการดำเนินงานโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อย ประเทศไทย ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนครจำแนกตามสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัยโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
9. แนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อย ประเทศไทย ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร ที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนา จำนวน 2 ด้าน คือ สภาพ และปัญหาด้านการบริหารงาน และผลการดำเนินงานด้านความรู้โดยผู้วิจัยได้สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนา ไว้ด้วย
The purposes of this research were to study, compare, and establish Guidelines for developing the Little Scientist’s House Project in Thai schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area. A total of 281 samples were obtained through a multi-stage sampling technique comprising 125 administrators and 156 early childhood teachers in schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area, in the 2018 academic year. The research instruments were a set of 5-rating scale questionnaires with an item discrimination between .38 and .94 and the reliability of .93, and interview forms. The statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test (Independent samples) and F-test (One way ANOVA).
The findings were as follows:
1. The conditions of the Little Scientist’s House Project in Thai schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area as perceived by school administrators and early childhood teachers as a whole were at a high level.
2. The problems of the Little Scientist’s House Project in Thai schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area as perceived by school administrators and early childhood teachers as a whole were at a low level.
3. The success level of the Little Scientist’s House Project operation in Thai schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area as perceived by school administrators and early childhood teachers as a whole were at a high level.
4. The conditions, problems and success of the Little Scientist’s House operation in Thai schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area, classified by status as perceived by school administrators and early childhood teachers were not different.
5. The conditions and problems of the Little Scientist’s House Project in Thai schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area, classified by school sizes as perceived by school administrators and early childhood teachers as a whole were different at a statistical significance of .05 level.
6. The operational success of the Little Scientist’s House in Thai schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area classified by school sizes as perceived by school administrators and teachers as a whole were not different.
7. The conditions and problems of the Little Scientist’s House Project in Thai schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area classified by different Educational Service Area Office as perceived by school administrators and early childhood teachers as a whole were not different.
8. The operational success of the Little Scientist’s House Project in Thai schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area classified by different Educational Service Area as perceived by school administrators and early childhood teachers as a whole were different at a statistical significance of .05 level.
9. The needed improving guidelines for developing the Little Scientist’s House Project in Thai schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area involved two aspects: the conditions and problems concerning administration, and the operational effects in terms of knowledge. The researcher proposed the guidelines for improvements based on experts’ interviews.
