การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 16 คน โรงเรียนบ้านอูนโคก ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2559 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (cluster random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา แบบทดสอบวัดทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าที t-test ชนิด Dependent Samples
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา เรื่อง แรง การเคลื่อนที่และพลังงาน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีประสิทธิภาพ 76.56/78.75 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้คือ 75/75
2. ทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
3. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
4. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนโดยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา อยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด
The purposes of this study included the following: 1) to develop the learning management using STEM education for Mathayom Suksa 1 students’ Science Substance Group to contain the efficiency of 75/75, 2) to compare the students’ science process skills possessed before and after they had learnt through STEM education, 3) to compare the students’ learning achievements obtained before and after they had learnt through STEM education, 4) to explore the students’ satisfaction of learning through STEM education. The subjects were 19 Mathayom Suksa 1 students who were studying in the second semester of 2016 academic year at Ban Ounkok School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 2. They were gained through cluster random sampling. The instruments used in the study were lesson plans constructed by using STEM education, the test to assess the students’ science process skills, an achievement test, and a questionnaire to explore the students’ satisfaction. The statistics used consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test (Dependent Samples)
The study revealed the following results:
1. The learning management using STEM education entitled “Force, Motion and Energy,” in Science Substance Group for Mathayom Suksa 1 contained the efficiency of 76.56/78.75 which was higher than the set criteria of 75/75
2. After the students had learnt through the learning management using STEM education entitled “Force, Motion and Energy,” their science process skills were significantly higher than those of before at .01 statistical level.
3. After the students had learnt through the learning management using STEM education entitled “Force, Motion and Energy,” their learning achievement was significantly higher than that of before at .01 statistical level.
4. The students’ satisfaction of learning the learning management using STEM education was at the highest level.
