การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมยุวบรรณารักษ์สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา และ 2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมยุวบรรณารักษ์สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม มี 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นที่ 1 การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน แนวคิด ทฤษฎี ขั้นที่ 2 การสร้างและพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และขั้นที่ 3 การทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ระยะที่ 2 การประเมินประสิทธิภาพและการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย นักเรียนชุมนุมยุวบรรณารักษ์ จำนวน 30 คน การตรวจสอบหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมยุวบรรณารักษ์ ใช้วิธีการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน มุ่งเน้นการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องและความเหมาะสมองค์ประกอบของหลักสูตร มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.60 ถึง 1.00 และมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.76) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบทดสอบ มีค่าความยากง่าย (P) ระหว่าง 0.60-0.80 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก (r) ตั้งแต่ 0.41-0.70 และ ค่าความเชื่อมั่น (KR-20) ทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.9524 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่าสถิติทดสอบที (t-test for dependent samples)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมยุวบรรณารักษ์สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา มี 4 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ 1) จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร 2) เนื้อหา 3) กระบวนการฝึกอบรม และ 4) การวัดและประเมินผล
2. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมยุวบรรณารักษ์สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยพบว่า 1) ความรู้ ความเข้าใจในงานยุวบรรณารักษ์ของนักเรียนหลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2) ทักษะการปฏิบัติงานยุวบรรณารักษ์ของนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมยุวบรรณารักษ์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The objectives of this study were 1) to develop a student librarian training curriculum for secondary school students and 2) to evaluate the effectiveness of the student librarian training curriculum for secondary school students. The study was divided into 2 phases. The first phase was the development of the student librarian training curriculum. This phase comprised of 3 steps: first, the study of basic information, concepts, and theories; second, the construction and development of the training curriculum; and third, the implementation of the training curriculum. The sample group consisted of 30 student librarians in the Student Librarian Club. The student librarian training curriculum was evaluated by 5 experts focusing on the consistency and appropriateness of the training curriculum components. The OIC value was between 0.60 and 1.00, and the appropriateness value was at the highest level ( = 4.76). The instrument used in this study was a test with the difficulty index (P) between 0.60-0.80, discrimination value (r) between 0.41-0.70, and overall reliability value (KR-20) was at 0.9524. Statistics used this study were percentage, mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), and t-test for dependent samples.
The findings showed that:
1. The student librarian training curriculum for secondary school students comprised of 4 principal components: 1) curriculum objectives; 2) contents; 3) training process; and 4) assessment and evaluation.
2. The effectiveness of student librarian training curriculum for secondary school students were 1) knowledge and comprehension of student librarian works after training was higher than before training with the statistical significance at .01; 2) the operational skill of the students was at the highest level; and 3) the students’ satisfaction towards the student librarian training curriculum was at the highest level.
