การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารสำหรับวิทยบูรณากรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ในด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะ และความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้น คือ ขั้นที่ 1 ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ขั้นที่ 2 การสร้างและประเมินร่างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ขั้นที่ 3 การทดลองใช้หลักสูตร และ ขั้นที่ 4 การประเมินผลและปรับปรุงหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น วิทยบูรณากร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจ แบบประเมินทักษะและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที (t-test for dependent samples)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารสำหรับวิทยบูรณากร ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร 2) เนื้อหา 3) กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม 4) สื่อการฝึกอบรม และ 5) การวัดและประเมินผล สำหรับเนื้อหาหลักสูตรประกอบด้วย 4 เรื่อง ได้แก่ 1) การติดตั้งและซ่อมบำรุงจานดาวเทียม 2) อุปกรณ์ Hardwareและโปรแกรม Software ที่ใช้ในสถานศึกษา 3) ระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ และ 4) ความปลอดภัยและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
2. ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเป็น ดังนี้ 1) วิทยบูรณากรที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความรู้ เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร หลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2) วิทยบูรณากรที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในระดับดีมาก 3) วิทยบูรณากรที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมในระดับมากที่สุด
The objectives of this study were to develop and evaluate the efficiency of the author’s training curriculum on information and communication technology for information and communication technology teachers (ICT teachers) on knowledge, skills and participant satisfaction towards the developed training curriculum. There were 4 phases in this study. Phase 1 was the studying of fundamental information, while the development of training curriculum was conduted in Phase 2. Pilot implementation of the developed training curriculum was carried out in Phase 3 and the assessment and improvement of the developed training curriculum was conducted in Phase 4. The sample group consisted of 30 ICT teachers under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, selected with purposive sampling. Tools employed in data collection were interview form, knowledge test, skill assessment form and satisfaction survey form. Statistics applied in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples.
The study yielded the following findings.
1. The developed training curriculum on information and communication technology for ICT teachers comprised of 5 components, which were 1) curriculum objectives; 2) contents; 3) training activities; 4) training media and 5) measurement and evaluation. There were 4 topics in the curriculum's contents, namely 1) installation and maintenance of satellite dish; 2) computer hardware appliances and software used in educational institutions; 3) computer network systems and 4) security and legislations related to computer systems.
2. The evaluation results of developed training curriculum were as follow: 1) ICT teachers participating in the training curriculum gained higher knowledge on information and communication technology after training than before training at the .05 level of statistical significance; 2) teachers gained the highest level of information and communication technology skills; 3) the satisfaction of participating ICT teachers towards the developed training curriculum was at the highest level.
