การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาและประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานตามโครงการโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบล สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพ ปัญหาและประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานตามโครงการโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำแนกตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ ตามขนาดโรงเรียนและสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการดำเนินงานตามโครงการโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบล สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 80 คน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ จำนวน 80 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 160 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 320 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ F-test ชนิด (One-way ANOVA) และการทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีการของ LSD
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1.สภาพการดำเนินงานตามโครงการโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และรายด้านพบว่า ด้านนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงานตามโครงการโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำแนกตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนและครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ โดยรวม แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ เมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน และ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. ปัญหาการดำเนินงานตามโครงการโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการดำเนินงานตามโครงการโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำแนกตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ ตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวม แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และจำแนกตามสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา โดยรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน
5. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานตามโครงการโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
6. ผลการเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานตามโครงการโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำแนกตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ ตามขนาดโรงเรียนและสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
7. แนวทางพัฒนาการดำเนินงานตามโครงการโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสกลนคร ได้แก่ ด้านนักเรียนและด้านโรงเรียน
The purposes of this research aimed to 1) investigate the states, problems and effectiveness of the implementation of the “Sri Tambon School” Project under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Offices, 2) compare the states, problems and effectiveness of the implementation of the “Sri Tambon School” Project under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Offices, and 3) find out guidelines to develop the states, problems and effectiveness of the implementation of the “Sri Tambon School” Project under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Offices. The samples were 320 participants including 80 school administrators, 80 teachers in charge and 160 teachers. The instrument used in data collection was a five-level rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed through a software program. The statistics used in analyzing data were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test (One-way ANOVA), and Pairwise Differences of Means using LSD.
The findings were as follows:
1. The implementation states of the Project of the “Sri Tambon School” under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Offices, as a whole and in each aspect, were at the high level.
2. The results of the comparison of the states of the implementation of the Sri Tambon School Project under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Offices as perceived by the school administrators, teachers in charge, and teachers, as a whole, were significantly different at a .01 level. When classified by school size and office of primary educational service area, it was found that there were no significant differences in general and in particular.
3. The problems of the implementation of the “Sri Tambon School” Project under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Offices, as a whole and in each aspect, were at the moderate level.
4. The effects of the comparison of the problems of the implementation of the “Sri Tambon School” Project under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Offices in the perception of the school administrators, teachers in charge, and teachers classified by school size, as a whole and in each aspect, were different at the .01 level of significance and primary educational service area Offices, it was found that there were no significant differences in general and in particular.
5. The effectiveness of the implementation of the “Sri Tambon School” Project under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Offices, in general, was at the moderate level.
6. The effects of the comparison of effectiveness of the implementation of the “Sri Tambon School” Project under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Offices in the opinions of the school administrators, teachers in charge, and teachers, classified by schools size and office of primary educational service area, as a whole and in each aspect, differed differently at the .01 level.
7. The proposed guidelines for developing the implementation of the “Sri Tambon School” Project under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Offices consisted of: 1) The student and the school aspects.
