การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการ 2) หาแนวทางพัฒนา และ 3) ติดตามและประเมินผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูด้านการผลิตผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดียของครูโรงเรียนบ้านผักคำภู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) ตามแนวคิดของ เคมมิส และแม็กแท็กการ์ท (Kemmis and McTaggart) โดยประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผน (Planning) การปฏิบัติ (Action) การสังเกต (Observation) และการสะท้อนผล (Reflection) กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้วิจัย ครูสายผู้สอน จำนวน 8 คน ที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมการวิจัย และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 85 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบสุ่มอย่างง่าย จากกลุ่มนักเรียนที่เรียนกับกลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยกลุ่มละ 10 คน วิทยากร 2 คนและผู้นิเทศกำกับติดตามอีก 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสังเกต แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมิน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการในการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดียของครูโรงเรียนบ้านผักคำภู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 พบว่า
1.1 สภาพด้านการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดียของครูโรงเรียนบ้านผักคำภู พบว่า ครูมีความรู้เรื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นเป็นอย่างดี แต่ขาดการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ประกอบการจัดกรรมการเรียนการสอน
1.2 ปัญหาในการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดียของครูโรงเรียนบ้านผักคำภูคือ พบว่า ครูขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจและทักษะกระบวนการและขั้นตอนในการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดียด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์
1.3 ความต้องการในการผลิตสื่อ พบว่า ผู้ร่วมวิจัยมีความต้องการที่พัฒนาตนเองในการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดีย โดยต้องการให้จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีวิทยาการที่มีความรู้ความสามารถมาให้ความรู้ จัดให้มีปฏิทินการปฏิบัติงานและมีการนิเทศกำกับติดตามเพื่อให้คำปรึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่องต้อง และการให้ผู้บริหารจัดสรรงบประมาณเพื่อจัดหาสื่อวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพื่อส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดีย
2. แนวทางพัฒนาศักยภาพครูด้านการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดียของครูโรงเรียนบ้านผักคำภู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 คือ 1) การฝึกอบรม 2) การฝึกปฏิบัติ 3) การนิเทศ
3. ผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูโรงเรียนบ้านผักคำภู สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ในการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดีย พบว่า การดำเนินการตามแนวทางพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดีย คือการฝึกอบรม ฝึกปฏิบัติและนิเทศ ทำให้ครูโรงเรียนบ้านผักคำภูมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกิดทักษะและมีความชำนาญในการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดีย ทำให้ครูสามารถผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดียได้คนละ 1 เรื่อง เพื่อใช้ในการจัดการเรียน การสอน
This study aimed to 1) investigate the states, problems, and needs, 2) find out guidelines of development, and 3) monitor and evaluate effects of the teachers’ competence development in producing the multimedia among the teachers at Ban Phak Khamphu School through action research comprising planning, action, observation and reflection. The target group consisted of the research group including the researcher and 8 teachers joining voluntarily in the research as the co-researchers and 80 informants via simple random sampling to select 10 students from each classroom along with 5 experts and supervisors. Instruments used to collect data in this study were composed of a form of observation, a form of interview, a questionnaire as well as a form of evaluation. Percentage, mean and standard deviation were utilized for data analysis.
The findings were as follows:
1. The states, problems, and needs of the production of the multimedia among the teachers at the school were:
1.1 The states on the multimedia production of the teachers revealed that the teachers obtained knowledge on the basic computer quite well but they lacked the technology application in producing the multimedia with the computer program.
1.2 The problems on the multimedia production among the teachers at Ban Phak Khamphu School indicated that the teachers faced a lack of knowledge and understanding, skills as well as steps in producing the multimedia with the computer program.
1.3 The needs on the media production showed that the co-researchers wanted to develop themselves in producing the multimedia through workshops with knowledgeable resource persons to provide them with the knowledge concerned. Moreover, working schedule and coaching supervision in order to give continuous advice were included. In addition, ample budget allotted by the school administrator to be spent on materials, utensils such as computer sets, or facilities to promote the production of the multimedia were also needed.
2.The guidelines of the teachers’ competency development in producing the multimedia at the school could be concluded that there were 3 guidelines: 1) a workshop, 2) a practical training, and 3) coaching supervision.
3. The results of the teachers’ competence development at the school in producing the multimedia found that the implementation based on the guidelines on the teachers’ potentiality development in producing the multimedia comprised a training session, a practical training, and supervision. These made the teachers gain knowledge, understanding, skills and expertise in producing the multimedia. Each teacher could produce a set of multimedia to be applied in his/her instruction.
