การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ 3) จัดทำคู่มือการใช้ตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยการสังเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัย การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และการศึกษารายกรณีอาชีวศึกษาดีเด่น ระยะที่ 2 การตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน โดยเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 500 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.86-0.96 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.99 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และระยะที่ 3 การจัดทำคู่มือการใช้ตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงประกอบการของผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของคู่มือโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ 17 ตัวบ่งชี้ จำแนกเป็นวิสัยทัศน์ มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ ความกล้าเสี่ยงมี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ การสร้างนวัตกรรมมี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ การทำงานเชิงรุกมี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ และความคิดสร้างสรรค์มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2. โมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (Chi-square = 102.35, df = 101, p-value = 0.44, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.96, RMSEA = 0.005) 3. คู่มือการใช้ตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This study aimed to 1) identify the components of entrepreneurial leadership of private vocational education administrators in Northeastern part of Thailand, 2) validate the structural model of entrepreneurial leadership indicators developed for private vocational education administrators with empirical data, and 3) compose a manual for applying the entrepreneurial leadership indicators of private vocational education administrators in Northeastern part of Thailand. The research was conducted in three phases. Phase 1 involved the identification of entrepreneurial leadership components using the synthesis of related document and research studies, expert interviews, and a case study of a best-practice vocational institution. Phase 2 focused on the structural model of entrepreneurial leadership indicators validation. The sample consisted of 500 participants, including administrators of private vocational institutions in academic year 2025, who were selected using multi-stage random sampling. The instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with content validity index at 1.00, discrimination power index ranging from 0.86 to 0.96, and reliability index was at 0.99. The collected data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis. And phase 3 was to compose a manual for using the entrepreneurial leadership indicators, which was evaluated for propriety. The tool was a five five-point rating scale questionnaire from five experts. The collected data were analyzed for mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that, 1. The entrepreneurial leadership indicators of private vocational education administrators in Northeastern part of Thailand consisted of five core components and 17 sub-components, including vision (4 sub-components), risk-taking (3 sub-components), innovation (3 sub-components), proactiveness (3 sub-components), and creativity (4 sub-components). 2. The developed structural model of entrepreneurial leadership indicators showed the goodness-of-fit with the empirical data (Chi-square = 102.35, df = 101, p-value = 0.44, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.96, RMSEA = 0.005). 3. The user manual of the entrepreneurial leadership indicators was rated at the highest level of propriety.
